Johto ohjaa myös sitä, miten vastuullisuustavoitteita toteutetaan arjessa ja miten tavoitteiden saavuttamista mitataan.</p><p>Hallitus hyväksyi Ylen yhteiskuntavastuun periaatteet 13.3.2019. Vastuullisuuden kehittämisestä, koordinoinnista ja raportoinnista vastaa yhtiön lakiosasto.</p><p>Vastuullisuustavoitteiden toteutumista seurataan pienryhmissä, jotka raportoivat vastuullisuuden ohjausryhmälle.</p><p>Ympäristövastuun tukena toimii 2–4 kertaa vuodessa kokoontuva ympäristöohjausryhmä, johon kuuluu eri vastuualojen asiantuntijoita. Ylen johtoryhmää ympäristöohjausryhmässä edustaa yhtiön teknologia- ja kehitysjohtaja.</p><p>Yle seuraa laadullisten ja määrällisten mittarien avulla sekä sisäisin ja ulkoisin tarkastuksin, että yhtiön tavoitteet toteutuvat.</p><p>Yle on ollut vastuullisen yritystoiminnan verkoston FiBS ry:n jäsen vuodesta 2011.</p></div> </div> </div> <div class="mb-16"> <div class="ydd-body-content paragraph paragraph--type--text paragraph--view-mode--default"> <div><h2 class="ydd-heading-large">Raportointiperiaatteet ja raportin rajaus</h2><p><a class="deco-link" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20231123170954/https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nUbeqk1lGhC80y9es56rm6-T5uqwjC_H/view">Vastuullisuusraportti</a> on laadittu Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards Universal -viitekehyksen mukaisesti.</p><p>Raportointi käsittelee Ylen toimintaa julkisen palvelun yleisradioyhtiönä kotimaassa painottaen median vastuullisuuden erityispiirteitä sisältöjen ja palvelujen tuottajana sekä media-alan toimijana.</p><p>Ympäristövastuun tiedot koskevat Ylen oman toiminnan vaikutuksia.
