Users who are well-versed with ERP knows that SAP has all the accounting features needed to finish the job in no time. And a huge plus is the option to delete incorrect data within the account. SAP keeps your information neat and in order. It has a separate option for the accounting and procurement department which other programs do not have in their interface. In addition, you can open as many SAP files as you want when you need to compare one data to another.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> The platform is quite old. But on the bright side, it is not that confusing. You can find lots of resources and tutorials available so you can make the integration even more smooth. I have found out that lot of companies use SAP and it integrates with other system so it makes the process more seamless. I like that it collects and combines data from each modules and it allows you to have better conditions for the enterprise resource planning. You don’t have to hire other people because everythin is well combi9ned within the ERP system. Also, it has great integrations and currency exchange rates and lot of languages.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> I don’t find SAP ERP as user friendly solution, the UI is with old design and not intuitive. It can be complicated for beginners when it comes to learning the menus. We use various modules for customization of standard and I love the standard set into the SAP. And the good thing is that once you create an experience with table names, program variables, Tcodes and naming convention you can use it everywhere you want.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> I don’t find this system intuitive and easy to use. I love the standard set within the SAP, and once you create an experience with table names, naming convention, program variables and Tcodes you can use the system everywhere you want whether you are in the company or at home.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> I am sorry to say this, but the system is not user-friendly for back up repository. When I want to change or even update a line of codes I have to provide many comments, the date I changed the line of codes, why I changed it. The good thing about this software is that collects and combines data from all modules so you can have better conditions for enterprise resource planning. You don’t need to hire people from different departments encase everything is in one place and combined within the ERP system. It provides easy integrations and even currency exchange rates, culture and languages can be connected automatically. The updates are done only once.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> About SAP ERP software I have to say that it’s not user-friendly, the UI is old-fashioned and it’s not intuitive. It’s complicated for beginners to learn the menus.
