Il compose, en effet, un vaste ensemble documentaire, composé d’une grande diversité de formes éditoriales et de langues (plusieurs centaines de milliers de documents). À cet ensemble est associé un gisement de données décrivant les usages des lecteurs des contenus.</p> <p>Le projet OpenEdition Data a pour but de rendre plus facile l’accès aux données des différentes plateformes d’OpenEdition et s’inscrit dans le mouvement de l’open data.</p> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Étapes du projet</h2> <p>Le projet se décompose en plusieurs phases :</p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Une étude stratégique sur l’ouverture des données</li> <li>La définition d’un cahier des charges fonctionnel pour le portail OpenEdition Data</li> <li>Un accompagnement à l’ouverture des données</li> </ul> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Résultats et applications</h2> <h3 class="wp-block-heading">Cadrage et positionnement stratégique</h3> <p>La première étape de ce projet a donné lieu à une prestation qui visait à dresser un état de l’art de l’open data dans le domaine de l’édition scientifique accompagné d’un audit des données dans le but d’analyser le positionnement stratégique d’OpenEdition et d’établir une stratégie de mise en œuvre :</p> <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Phase 1 : Cadrage et positionnement stratégique (Septembre à octobre 2018) <ul> <li>État de l’art open data dans le domaine de l’édition scientifique : étudier des plateformes françaises et étrangères (Persée, Cairn, PLOS, Hindawi, Scopus, Web of Science, I4OC, Sage, Dalloz, HAL, Huma Num, F1000Research.com) et de réaliser des entretiens avec des personnes ressources (CCSD / HAL, Huma Num (Isidore) et Persée)</li> <li>Entretiens avec des usagers (chercheurs, producteurs de données, porteurs de projets, etc) des données de l’édition scientifique. Les axes privilégiés sont : <ul> <li>le type de données et les modalités d’accès, les types d’utilisation de données,</li> <li>leur expérience de l’utilisation open data,</li> <li>les résistances : du positionnement stratégique d’OpenEdition : présentation des forces et faiblesses, ainsi que des atouts d’OpenEdition dans l’ouverture de ces données et de son éventuel positionnement dans le
