helped truly define … “American Music" as we know it today … Al Jacobs'. <br><br>As a member of “The Coasters” Al has been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, The Doo-Wop Hall Of Fame, and the Vocal Group Hall of Fame collectively. In August 2013 he was also awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award for his work as guitarist with “The Coasters”.<br><br>Al's classic guitar (known for it's custom designed pick guard bearing "The Coasters" logo) will be donated to the "Doo Wop Hall of Fame" in Boston Mass.
