As far as we know, being able to suplex and charge the Franken Sword with energy are new things Franky gained in Dressrosa and Wano, not things he's had since Fishman Island. And Impactful Strong Right is also probably a new move, since he didn't use it in Dressrosa against Senor Pink. </p><p>I do think most of the Straw Hats will get power-ups, but probably not until the Final War proper. Except maybe for Usopp, I don't see them happening in Elbaph. </p><p>Though maybe they've already happened, we just haven't seen them yet. Chopper's big power-up in Wano, new Rumble Balls that gave him 30 minutes of Monster Point time instead of 3 minutes, technically happened between Dressrosa and Zou, but was only revealed in Wano.
