Technical (S&T) Accomplishment Reports</li> <li>Patents</li> <li>Factsheets</li> </ul> <p class="NormalWeb ">Using E-Link, these STI products may be provided to OSTI in one of two ways:</p> <ol class="list_style_decimal"> <li> <a href="https://www.osti.gov/elink" title="" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Web submission interface</a>. This is a manual entry mechanism which works best when there is a low volume of STI to be submitted. </li> <li> <a href="/stip/submit/submission-basics/an2411/web-services-instructions" title="" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Application Programming Interface (API).</a> The API provides a mechanism for making multiple STI submissions at once. </li> </ol> <p class="NormalWeb ">Access is required to submit STI products using the AN 241.1.
