target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>螺纹钢</a>低库存叠加宏观方面利好政策出台，提振市场情绪，钢价震荡运行；<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-967-----02-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>有色金属</a>方面，从价格指数来看，本周有色金属价格涨跌不一，<a href='https://youse.m.mysteel.com/tong/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>铜</a>、<a href='https://youse.m.mysteel.com/xin/' target='_blank' href='https://m.myagric.com/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>农产品</a>价格涨跌互现。</p> <p>一、钢材价格运行情况</p> <p>钢材价格震荡运行：Mysteel全国钢材价格指数报3639元/吨，较上周持平。其中，Mysteel长材价格指数报3608元/吨，较上周上涨0.10%；Mysteel扁平材价格指数报3669元/吨，较上周下跌0.10%。</p> <p>本周钢价震荡运行，运行逻辑在于：1）产业方面，钢厂<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/article/p-4262,7073-------------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>铁水产量</a>连续6周下降，本周铁水产量环比降1.54万吨，钢厂原料消耗持续下降，双焦继续走弱，铁矿价格小幅走跌。成材库存保持低位，螺纹钢仍有规格短缺现象，低库存对价格形成支撑。2）宏观方面，本周多项宏观利好政策出台。本周全国财政工作会议指出，提高财政赤字率、安排更大规模政府债券、进一步增加对地方转移支付等措施。本周全国住房城乡建设工作会议指出，2025年着力释放需求，把“四个取消、四个降低、两个增加”各项存量政策和增量政策坚决落实到位，大力支持刚性和改善性住房需求。近两日政策密集出台，市场情绪有所改善。</p> <p>预计下周钢材价格或震荡偏弱运行。1）基本面，截止12月27日，五大材产量843.5万吨，周环比降6.4万吨，表需周环比降18.1万吨至852.5万吨，总库存1109.4万吨，去库9万吨。本周钢材表需降幅扩大，库存去化放缓。分品种来看，本周建筑工地资金到位率较上周下降，结束连续四周上升的态势，本周<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-968-----010101-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>建筑钢材</a>消费下降18.2万吨，降幅6%，结束连续三周环比增加态势，建筑钢材需求拐点来临。本周热卷消费继续下降，而供应同比下降，库存小幅去化。整体看，长板材消费拐点来临，基本面边际转弱。2）原料方面，截止12月27日，247家钢厂盈利率为49.8%，超过一半的钢厂亏损，加之贸易商冬储意愿不足，钢厂压力较大，预计铁水仍有一定下降空间。再者，冬储预收款不佳，钢厂资金略有收紧，预计原料节前补库量也将低于往年。<a href='https://tks.m.mysteel.com/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>铁矿石</a>，无论从绝对价格，还是相对钢材、双焦来看，铁矿价格都有所高估。当铁水产量下降、钢厂补库不及预期时，高估值就要面临回落风险。双焦方面，<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-2150-----050202-0-021803-------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>进口蒙煤</a>库存突破400万吨，煤矿库存同比增50%以上，焦煤价格仍偏弱运行。同时，多数钢企厂内原料焦炭库存处于中高位水平，补库增量有限，采购积极性偏弱。</p> <p>综合来看，宏观政策接连公布，但多为前期存量政策，对后市提振作用有限。本周建筑钢材表需明显回落，需求拐点来临，下周或将开始累库。板材供需双降，基本面矛盾不明显。原料方面，在消费走弱的背景下，预计铁水还有下降空间，双焦尚未止跌企稳，铁矿价格仍有下跌空间。谨防成本下移带动成材价格走弱。</p> <p>二、<a href='https://bxg.m.mysteel.com/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>不锈钢</a>及其原料价格运行情况</p> <p>不锈钢：周初<a href='https://bxg.m.mysteel.com/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>不锈钢期货</a>表现偏强，提振现货市场氛围，商户调涨情绪浓厚，304冷<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-968-----010103-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>热轧</a>现货价格有所上调，成交氛围相对活跃，下游用户部分入场采购。钢厂期货接单有所好转，热轧成交好于<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-968-----010104-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>冷轧</a>。随着市场情绪逐渐回归平静，需求透支后成交有所转淡，华南钢厂代理下调现货报价后，市场价格有所跟跌，成交转弱，仍集中于低价资源。周中不锈钢期货震荡偏弱，市场整体成交氛围较差，商户对春节后消费预期不看好，整体以积极降库心态为主，为促成交平板有让利空间，但低价卷资源有限。钢厂期货接单表现一般。周尾不锈钢期货盘面震荡走弱，整体成交氛围冷清，为促成交平板议价空间扩大。由于临近年底，商家看空情绪转弱，低价出卷意愿较低，下游仍刚需采买，商户接单较差。</p> <p>原料方面，本周高<a href='https://bxg.m.mysteel.com/nie/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>镍</a>铁到厂价暂稳至950-955元/镍，散单成交维持冷清态势，价格弱稳；1月铬铁招标下调400元/50基吨，不锈钢成本支撑再下移，吨钢利润将有一定修复。1月部分钢厂检修，供应下降，但需求也将有所下降，供需格局难改善。低价仓单资源流入市场，冷轧销售难度仍较热轧大。不过目前市场库存压力并不大，<a href='https://bxg.m.mysteel.com/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>不锈钢价格</a>下跌空间有限，预计下周不锈钢价格维持弱势震荡运行。关注原料成交价格、钢厂排产及市场库存消化情况。</p> <p>镍：本周<a href='https://bxg.m.mysteel.com/nie/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>镍价</a>低位上涨，受此前镍价宽幅回落影响，宏观利空情绪消化后叠加精炼镍现货市场偏紧导致镍价逐步修复，但随着镍价估值逐步回归，基本面过剩压力显现，周五镍价呈现回落。</p> <p>基本面上，印尼镍矿价格短期未有变动，现实端镍矿整体宽松预期不改，1月印尼镍矿绝对价格有望持稳，但政策端扰动风险仍存，关注印尼镍矿政策变动。精炼镍方面，周内镍价逐步回调，需求端整体成交尚可，金川资源逐步到货，现货紧缺问题有所缓解，升贴水宽幅回落。内外方面，LME休市但沪镍整体偏强，内外价差进一步收窄，出口利润回落背景下关注国内出口情况。镍铁方面，周内镍铁成交价格持稳运行，下游不锈钢低位震荡，钢厂对原料采购节奏有所放缓，叠加钢厂减产增加，镍铁压力有所增加，但实际落地情况尚待观察。1-2月钢厂面临季节性减产，镍铁远期依旧存在压力，预计短期镍铁价格维持弱稳。硫酸镍方面，硫酸镍疲弱持续，价格维持低位平稳。原料端中间品维持偏高系数。由于盐厂利润倒挂严重，目前挺价心态较强，但下游同样疲弱，供需双弱价格表现僵持。短期硫酸镍缺乏驱动，整体波动有限，价格维持成本定价。</p> <p>综合来看，目前镍基本面尚无明显变化，矿端支撑之下镍价边际整体坚挺。短期镍价难有较大突破，价格上下均有压力，但政策端扰动仍存，价格维持震荡。中长期产业过剩压制，边际有下移趋势。但目前宏观方面依旧存在支撑，镍价震荡区间或有小幅上移，下周镍价宽幅震荡。运行空间暂看120000-128000元/吨。</p> <p>铬：本周铬系市场弱稳运行。周五青山钢厂终出台环比继续下跌400元至6995元/50基吨，由于铬铁市场过剩累积已达成共识，目前供需面及成本双弱因而此次钢招与看跌预期相符。临近年底但铬铁行情不佳冬储需求受影响，铬矿询盘稍有回暖但实盘成交仍然有限，下游铬铁跌势不止导致贸易商后市信心不足，叠加钢招走弱预期铬矿仍有下降空间。近期港口库存增加铁厂提货意愿降低，但期货矿维持正常到港，非洲莫桑比克动乱尚未完全结束或对后期长期供应产生影响，短期内铬矿现货资源较充沛叠加铁厂集中减产后没有较大采买意愿，价格难以形成支撑。1月钢招下跌后预期铬市将延续回调走势，预计短期铬系市场继续偏弱运行。</p> <p>三、有色金属价格运行情况</p> <p>本周有色金属价格涨跌不一。截至12月27日Mysteel全国有色价格指数为40858元/吨，与12月20日相比上升260元/吨，Mysteel铜、铝、<a href='https://youse.m.mysteel.com/qian/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>铅</a>和锌价格指数变化分别为0.70%、-0.50%、-1.04%和1.23%。</p> <p>本周<a href='https://youse.m.mysteel.com/tong/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>铜价</a>重心表现上移，周内沪铜盘面大部分时间偏强运行为主，且随着上海市场库存开始累库，加之部分持货商年末回款换现需求，日内积极大幅下调升水出货，周尾现货市场表现大幅贴水局面；然广东市场库存继续降至低位，现货升水有所走强，沪粤价差因此再度拉大至盈利空间。消费端，由于年末企业资金关账结算影响，下游市场消费同样表现低迷，采购情绪基本降至冰点。</p> <p>本周<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-967-----0202-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>铝价</a>重心小幅下降，氧化铝价格南方较为平稳，北方窄幅向下调整，成本端支撑减弱，南北铝锭价差扩大。华东持货商有意挺价，基差止住下跌趋势，但基差收窄动能不足，后续或有反复可能。华南市场当月票现货紧俏，在中间商交长单及冲全年营业额需求下，基差升水快速攀升。</p> <p>本周铅盘面震荡走弱运行，下游补库意愿表现一般，而炼企端因环保及检修原因，现货流通欠佳，供需失衡个别炼企反馈出货尚可。</p> <p>本周锌价走势偏强，本周初锌价尚受到宏观的压力，但是随着库存的明显减少，货物供应紧张对价格起到了较强的支撑作用，升水也表现得强势。</p> <p>1—11月份，中国规模以上工业企业实现利润总额66674.8亿元，同比下降4.7%，其中有色金属冶炼和压延加工业利润同比增长20.2%。国务院办公厅提出，加快专项债券发行进度，加快专项债券资金使用和项目建设进度。十四届全国人大常委会第十三次会议12月25日表决通过了增值税法，自2026年1月1日起施行。</p> <p>根据美国劳工部周四公布的数据，截至12月14日当周，持续申领失业救济金人数升至191万人，数据升至三年多来的最高水平，进一步表明失业者找到工作需要更长时间。美国12月消费者信心指数下降至104.7，远低于预期值113.2，前置为112.8，是三个月来首次下降，由于担心特朗普即将带来一系列政策变动。</p> <p>四、石油化工价格运行情况</p> <p>石化方面，美国商业原油库存下降，叠加亚洲需求前景有改善预期，国际油价上涨。</p> <p>成品油：本周，国内成品油市场价格汽涨柴跌。周内原油成本面跌涨互现，国内成品油限价调整亦处搁浅区间，市场有效指引匮乏，供需基本面对价格的引导性进一步增强，致使国内成品油行情汽跌柴涨。Mysteel数据显示，本周汽油价格8168元/吨，环比上涨0.72%；柴油价格6996元/吨，环比回落0.29%。下周来看，随着资源陆续交付，部分资源紧俏地区或有所缓解；汽油方面进入一月终端着手提前备货，需求预期向好，价格预期上涨；柴油方面，随着春节临近，下游整体需求逐步回落，价格预期下跌。综上，预计下周价格持汽涨柴跌走势。</p> <p>LNG：本周主产区LNG价格止涨回落。本周山西部分保供液厂恢复出货，同时河南部分储备库对外出货，导致国内LNG资源供应量增加，上游出货间竞争加剧，出厂价格下跌。截至12月27日，LNG主产地价格报4315元/吨，较上期下降2.31%。预计下周国内LNG价格继续回落。供应方面，下周国内LNG工厂开工率有上涨预期，国内产量继续保持高位，同时海气供应量较为充裕，整体资源供应量可观；需求来看，预计随着春节临近，下游开始陆续停工，车用物流运输有减少预期，LNG车用需求减少，同时工业需求也会有所降低，供暖需求来看，下周气温较本周变化不大，因此供暖需求整体较为稳定。</p> <p>甲醇：本周（20241221-1227）国内甲醇装置开工率为85.18%。本周有新增检修装置，如山西亚鑫、奥维乾元、贵州天福及大庆甲醇厂；本周暂无新增减产装置；同时本周有前期检修及减产装置恢复，如山西亚鑫、奥维乾元、安徽临泉、安徽华谊。因本周整体损失量多于恢复量，故本周产能利用率下降,但较去年同期上涨。</p> <p>五、<a href='https://m.100njz.com/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>建筑材料</a>价格运行情况</p> <p>水泥价格因市场需求持续下滑而持续下跌。本周水泥价格指数为412元/吨，较上周五下跌5元/吨，环比下跌1.2%。下周市场需求持续下探，水泥价格或延续跌势。</p> <p>混凝土价格由于原材料价格持续下跌影响生产成本下降而小幅下行。本周混凝土价格指数为343元/方，较上周五下跌1元/方，环比下跌0.29%。下周市场需求持续走弱，混凝土价格或持续下行趋势。</p> <p>螺纹钢价格震荡运行。本周螺纹表需大幅回落19.1万吨至219.6万吨，社库去化速度逐渐放缓。本周螺纹钢库存周环比减少3.3万吨至399.7万吨，但降幅较上周明显收窄16.7万吨。目前螺纹库存可用天数仍处于相对低位（12.7天），较去年农历同期减少近6天。主流规格的缺货问题尚未完全缓解，限制螺纹价格下行空间。建筑钢材基本面边际转弱，但库存水平依然偏低，支撑价格。</p> <p>六、农产品价格运行情况</p> <p>农产品价格涨跌互现。本周大猪阶段性猪源偏紧，市场中大猪需求相对较好，猪价先跌后涨；<a href='https://ncp.m.mysteel.com/douyou/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>豆油</a>、<a href='https://ncp.m.mysteel.com/dasuan/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>大蒜</a>、<a href='https://ncp.m.mysteel.com/yumi/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>玉米</a>等农产品价格小幅上涨；本周各<a href='https://ncp.m.mysteel.com/jidan/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>鸡蛋</a>市场走货一般，贸易商拿货偏谨慎，蛋价承压走低；<a href='https://ncp.m.mysteel.com/ymdf/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>玉米淀粉</a>、<a href='https://ncp.m.mysteel.com/xiaomai/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>小麦</a>、面粉等农产品价格小幅下跌。</p> <p align="left"><a href='https://ncp.m.mysteel.com/shengzhu/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>生猪</a>：本周猪价先跌后涨，截至12月27日全国外三元生猪出栏均价为15.59元/公斤。集团企业完成进度尚可，虽近期大猪阶段性猪源偏紧，但市场标猪猪源仍较充足，存量仍有释放压力。需求方面来看，本周南方部分省份仍处腌腊期内，市场中大猪需求相对较好，叠加全国气温下降后猪肉消费略有增加，虽需求利好支撑，但较上周力度放缓。整体来看，供应存量消化压力仍存，但元旦节前或略有备货，月底月初盼涨情绪提升，需求提振或适度跟进，预计下周猪价偏强走势。</p> <p>豆油：本周豆油止跌回升，主要是上周美豆油需求端的利空消息得到了一定消化，豆油主力在7500元/吨左右有有力支撑，本周收回上周的一定跌幅。另外，本周主要的交易逻辑在豆棕、菜豆的价差修复，尤其是豆棕价差。豆油价格与竞品<a href='https://ncp.m.mysteel.com/youzhi/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>油脂</a>相比目前相对偏低，底部支撑相对较强，但上限也难以突破，主要原因在于美豆油需求端的潜在利空以及丰产的压力。暂维持豆油区间内震荡的观点，盘面运行区间关注7500-8000元/吨。</p> <p align="left">鸡蛋：本周鸡蛋主产区均价4.47元/斤，较上周下跌0.1元/斤，跌幅2.19%，主销区均价4.59元/斤，较上周价格跌0.01元/斤，跌幅0.21%。本周各市场走货一般，贸易商拿货偏谨慎，观望情绪浓厚，生产环节库存小幅增加，蛋价承压走低；下半周红粉表现不一，红蛋下跌后，养殖端存惜售情绪，蛋价趋稳，粉蛋需求一般，蛋价继续走弱。</p> <p align="left">玉米淀粉：山东国标一级玉米淀粉价格2730元/吨，环比上周下跌40元/吨，较去年同期跌幅14.42%。本周玉米淀粉市场偏弱运行，华北企业虽有前期未执行订单，发货偏紧张，但由于原料供应充裕，价格持续回落，一定程度拖拽玉米淀粉价格。另外，目前深加工利润可观，行业开机处于高位，企业为缓解春节期间库存压力避免累库，对中长期大单议价空间加大，竞价签单氛围凸显。目前，价格处于下行趋势，下游及贸易商暂无节前备货行动，仅维持刚需补库为主。等待利好因素显现，预计短期玉米淀粉仍有压力。</p>
