I like that this tool is accessible from any device and PC. Dropbox keeps large team in one place without using emails to stay in touch with others. In addition, whenever there are some updates within the files or folders we get email notification about the changes. This is great because we don’t have to actively checking it in order to see whether or not there are changes.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> They could implement more storage within free version, because that would attract even more people to use this program. Each department was given its own assigned folders and storage space for their records and documents, which made the system well organized. Almost all employees were given the unique access that will allow them to share data with other departments and external clients freely. Given this opportunity, it would surely increase our chances of launching more successful projects in the future. Also, there is no need to upgrade your computer specs to accommodate all your files because you can store it safely in Dropbox.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> I recently found out that acquiring Dropbox on an annual basis would cost the company quite a significant amount of money. I know very well that we can pay for it in terms of budget, but feature-wise it is almost the same with the free storage apps out there that we can take advantage of. I would say that Dropbox makers need to develop some extraordinary features that would set them apart from free storage apps. I no longer have problems sharing large files to multiple people or attaching them to my emails. The process of using Dropbox is quite similar to attaching files from your computer, but only its from a different source.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> It is not advisable to create secondary folders because Dropbox won’t allow you to share them due to certain app restrictions. It’s better to save your files to the primary folder so recipients can access it directly. Everything that you need is laid out in front of you, plus you can easily search for files and records that you need for your work. Dropbox works at its best as long as you have a stable Internet connection in your area. It allows you to sync, upload, and share an unlimited amount of files to your recipients in just a nick of time. I highly recommend Dropbox for those who work from home because it won’t stop you from collaborating with your teammates even though you don’t see each other personally.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> Now is the perfect time for Dropbox to step up their game so they can compete with free storage apps that are attractive to small enterprises. One of the things that I consider why I chose Dropbox is its convenient accessibility and portability, which is suitable for our employees who are always on the go. They can access their files anytime using their laptops or personal smartphones because Dropbox works well with almost any device. Also, integration is no longer an issue; that’s why its safe to maximize this app to obtain better output.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> I don't enjoy using all of its features. Still, it's okay because its part of the expectation before purchasing the product. In some cases, the software's upgraded version seems to be incompatible with our existing office tools. The downside of this program is that Dropbox allows multiple users to edit one document simultaneously. This should not be permitted or restricted somehow because it can mess up your present work and create more significant problems. I like that it allows me to share docs and I know that everything is well-protected and the things can be viewed only by those that I choose. This is great tool for our marketing team to be more organized with lot of files that we are working on. It allows us to set up permissions and to select certain people who will have an access to certain files. You are able to save edits or to make some changes and even to choose the access of the files. I like that everyone within our company have an access to the files starting from the customers, clients, internal team and others. There is automatic sync that is amazing thing. The admin panel and UI are intuitive and user-friendly, we can easily share information/files even with non-tech clients. The tool is easy to use on every operating system and device.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> The price per user is great but for 11 users we spend $220 monthly on Dropbox Business tool, and this is because the storage space of other user is counted against mine and this means we have to spend for every user that uses the data. I don’t like to say this but on Google Drive the one user spends as little as $20/monthly for sharing data and for sharing it with everyone they spend less than $5, and this includes email and many other services. I like that this tool is accessible from any device and PC. Dropbox keeps large team in one place without using emails to stay in touch with others. In addition, whenever there are some updates within the files or folders we get email notification about the changes. This is great because we don’t have to actively checking it in order to see whether or not there are changes.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> They could implement more storage within free version, because that would attract even more people to use this program. Even though we use other doc management and collaboration system none of it is as near as this one. The tools is clear, it has easy access, user friendly tool and it can be used by almost everyone. I can use the mobile app or website version, it allows me to easily pull up the files from my Dropbox folder on my desktop.
