We have three modes of registration options:</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><strong>Online Registration:</strong> Registration can be completed from the respective conference website through credit or debit card with international transaction facility through secure online payment gateways. Also, through credit card authorization the online registration can be done.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"><strong>Offline Registration:</strong> For offline registration the user will be provided with the bank account details with their billing details to complete registration through wire transfer. The acceptable mode of payment is by cash or through credit card authorization.</p> </p> </div> </div> <div class="row" style="padding: 0 20px;"> <h3 class="font-family-medium theme-text-color lh-10 pad-2">Request for Invitation Letter</h3> <div class="inner-content"> <p><p>Invitation letter will be provided to only those who are registered for the conference.</p> </p> </div> </div> <div class="row" style="padding: 0 20px;"> <h3 class="font-family-medium theme-text-color lh-10 pad-2">Cancellation Policies</h3> <div class="inner-content"> <p><ul> <li style="text-align: justify;">We strictly adhere to our cancellation policies and cancellations should be made in writing.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Scisynopsis have the right to change the policies without any prior notice as last minute changes.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">The Organizer holds the sole right to cancel or postpone the conference or webinar in case natural disasters, calamities, terrorism activity, pandemic, unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances and the same will be intimated to the attendees from the respective program managers.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event which will be beyond its control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, pandemics, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, or hostilities.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">If the conference/webinar is cancelled or postponed due to the cause which will be beyond control of organizer the registrations remain valid for the next future conferences or webinar. The registration and accommodations paid will automatically carry forwarded to the future events. Refund Policies will not be applicable in these cases.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">If registrant is unable to attend the next scheduled date of the conference/webinar they will be eligible to get the full paid amount credit which can be used to attend any Scisynopsis conference organized within period of 12 months.</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Liability of personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference/webinar will not be accepted by organizer.</li> </ul> </p> </div> </div> <div class="row" style="padding: 0 20px;"> <h3 class="font-family-medium theme-text-color lh-10 pad-2">Refund Policies (Conferences, Webinars & Accommodations)</h3> <div class="inner-content"> <p><ul> <li>Refund policy will be applicable only when the registrant is eligible to get the refund. Considering the advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels, and different overheads, we needed to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs, and all bank charges will be for the registrant's account.</li> <li>Cancellation before 120 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund (with a deduction of 150 USD/150 EURO/150GBP towards administrative/service fee)</li> <li>Cancellation within 119-90 days of Conference: Eligible for 60% Refund</li> <li>Cancellation within 89-46 days of Conference: Eligible for 40% Refund</li> <li>Cancellation within 45 days of Conference: Non-refundable</li> <li>E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.</li> <li>The registration with limited costs (special discounts) is transferable to a person or event but not refundable anytime in cash/credit.</li> <li>In the case of VISA refusal, the paid amount can be transferred to the other conference or can be refunded as per the time policies mentioned above.</li> <li>Cancellations received no less than 25 days before the scheduled broadcast start time will be eligible for full refund.</li> <li>Cancellation requests received less than 24th day before the scheduled broadcast start time.
