Les intervenants sont pour cette raison des universitaires et des professionnels du droit fiscal. La journée d’études doit ainsi contribuer à établir une passerelle entre l’université et le secteur professionnel. Elle est articulée en trois parties, correspondant chacune aux différents stades d’application du principe de sécurité juridique : l’origine du principe et son respect par les lois, le principe constitutif d’une garantie du contribuable devant l’administration, le principe mis en &oelig;uvre par le juge de l’impôt. Ces descriptions ont mis l’accent sur l’archaïsme et l’obscurantisme de la &scaron;arī‘a, pour légitimer la « mission civilisatrice » de la France. Paradoxalement, d’autres discours ont franchement exprimé leur admiration face à la simplicité de cette loi, son efficacité dissuasive et son coût dérisoire, comparés à la justice, lente et couteuse, pratiquée dans l’Hexagone.
