13px">请您及您所在企业在使用、销售、出口、再出口或者转让自猎芯购买的进口芯片时，请严格遵守美国进出口管制的法律法规。特此提示如不遵守美国出口管制法律和贸易法规可能会对您个人或您所在企业造成民事和刑事处罚，如因贵方不遵守美国出口管制法律法规产生的一切损失及其他法律后果，将由您或您所在企业自行承担；如因贵方违反上述规定的行为给猎芯造成损失，我们将依法追责。具体而言，请您及您所在企业在使用、销售、出口、再出口或者转让自猎芯公司购买的进口芯片时，谨遵如下约定：</span></p><p 13px">不向任何被指定支持恐怖主义或受到美国全面贸易制裁的国家或地区（含克里米亚、古巴、伊朗、朝鲜、苏丹、叙利亚、俄罗斯、白俄罗斯以及后续增加的任何国家或者地区）销售、出口来自猎芯的进口芯片或者包含猎芯公司进口芯片的管制物品；</span></p><p style="margin: 4px 0"><strong><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑;color: rgb(51, 51, 51);letter-spacing: 0;font-size: 13px">2. </span></strong><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑;color: rgb(51, 51, 51);letter-spacing: 0;font-size: 13px">不向美国政府各项禁止清单（含各类实体清单及SDN清单）上的任何个人或实体销售、出口来自猎芯的进口芯片或者包含猎芯公司进口芯片的管制物品；</span></p><p style="margin: 4px 0"><strong><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑;color: rgb(51, 51, 51);letter-spacing: 0;font-size: 13px">3. </span></strong><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑;color: rgb(51, 51, 51);letter-spacing: 0;font-size: 13px">不得将猎芯公司的进口芯片产品用于禁止被使用的最终用途的个人或实体，包括与核武器、化学或生物武器的研发、设计、制造、建造、操作或维护有关的活动，或者任何军事终端用户。</span></p><p style="margin: 4px 0"><strong><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑;color: rgb(51, 51, 27px;">It is ICHUNT’s policy to comply fully with all relevant laws and regulations administered by the countries in which  ICHUNT conducts global trade. Under no circumstances will ICHUNT sell or ship product contrary to applicable export control laws and trade regulations. </span><span 13px;">uses of such products. It is your responsibility to be aware of applicable export control and import restrictions and comply with them. ICHUNT assumes no responsibility or liability for your failure to comply. Failure to comply with U.S. and non-U.S. export control laws and trade regulations can result in civil and criminal penalties to individuals and businesses.  If your behavior cause losses to ICHUNT ,we will claim compensation from you.By purchasing, selling, using, or otherwise transferring ICHUNT Products you agree to comply with all applicable export and reexport control laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (“BIS”), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations administered by the U.S. State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, and trade sanctions administered by the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”). Specifically, you agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, without any required government authorization, sell, export, reexport, transfer, divert, or otherwise dispose of any ICHUNT’s Products to:</span></p><p style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:13px"> any country or territory that is not authorized to receive the ICHUNT’s Products based on their applicable licensing jurisdiction and export control classification;</span></p><p style="text-indent:27px"><span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:13px">2. any country or territory that is a designated state sponsor of terrorism or subject to comprehensive U.S. trade sanctions (including Entity List, Specially Designated National or any other sanction list, currently include Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria,Russia, Ukraine and any country added subsequently);</span></p><p style="text-indent:27px"><span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:13px">3. any person or entity on a U.S. Government list of prohibited persons, including but not limited to the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, Sectoral Sanctions Identifications List, and Foreign Sanctions Evaders List, administered by OFAC; and the Denied Persons List, Entity List, and Unverified List, administered by BIS;</span></p><p
