If you want to improve those skills work on smaller sprites. Also note his left arm is too short (probably because of ur trying to fit it in the frame). Check out construction on John K 's stuff blog. Its what the piece needs. The guy looks good because it follows rules on the blog. Recognisable silloutte, feet follow perspective etc. maybe some bad bits too, like the lamp arm seems too long. If you read the blog you get toolkit to pick out and fix these errors. Drawing naked people can help too as u probably found.</p> <p> </p> <p>You may have gotten more interest if the perspective was typical of a side scroller. Who cares how it's recieved. The demon's legs aren't even length, his left one foot doesn't match perspective. You should have drawn the tail in a different position, it distracts from the hand. Those claws needed outlined.
