[넷플릭스 제공]</figcaption> </figure></div><p>더욱이 넷플릭스가 법인세, 부가세 등 의무는 제대로 지키지 않으면서 매출 확대에 치중하는 모습에 곱지 않은 시선을 보낸다.</p><p>전성민 가천대 경영대학 교수에 따르면 지난 2023년 기준 넷플릭스는 매출 2조533억원, 법인세 876억원으로 추정됐으나, 실제로는 매출 8233억원 신고, 법인세 36억원 납부에 그쳤다.</p><p>부가세도 마찬가지다. 박홍근 더불어민주당 의원실은 지난 2023년 기준 매출 규모 30억원 이상 국외 IT 사업자 11곳이 낸 전자적 용역 부가세는 5261억원으로, 기업 한 곳당 약 478억원에 불과하다고 꼬집었다. 같은 해 네이버가 부가세로만 최대 3000억원을 납부한 것으로 추정되는 것과 비교했을 때 상당한 차이다.</p><p>넷플릭스와 달리 국내 IT 업체들만 상당한 납세의 부담을 지면서 그만큼 콘텐츠 투자 여력이 떨어질 수밖에 없다는 하소연도 만만찮다. 방송통신위원회(방통위)는 ‘2023년도 방송시장 경쟁상황 평가’를 통해 “넷플릭스 수요독점력이 강화될 경우, 중장기적으로 국내 프로그램 제작 생태계가 약화될 수 있다”고 우려했다.</p><p>업계 관계자는 “넷플릭스 등 글로벌 빅테크 실제 납부세액은 10분의 1에도 못 미치는 수준으로, 납세 의무 및 규모 등이 국내 사업자에 비해 미미한 것이 현실”이라며 “글로벌 빅테크와 국내 사업자간 현행 납세 환경을 보다 형평성 있게 고려할 필요가 있다”고 말했다.</p> <br>ko@heraldcorp.com </article> <script> function 고야드 가방의 유행도 끝났다”는 푸념이 벌써부터 나오고 있다. 이수지는 지난 25일 자신의 유튜브 채널 ‘핫이슈지’에 ‘휴먼다큐 자식이 좋다 - 엄마라는 이름으로’ 두 번째 에피소드인 ‘제이미맘 이소담씨의 아찔한 라이딩’ 영상을 공개했다. 해당 영상에서 이수지는 첫번째 에피소드에서 착용했던 몽클레르 패딩 대신 밍크 조끼를 입고 고야드 가방을 들었다.
