data-val="10252" id="article-content"> <div id="text"> <p><strong>1月</strong></p> <p>1月5日，山钢特种精品钢项目投产，项目总投资20亿元，主要建设1座100t顶底复吹转炉、1台矩形坯连铸机及配套辅助设施，年产特种精品钢连铸坯115万吨。</p> <p>1月12日，永钢集团线六项目B线顺利完成热负荷试生产。</p> <p>1月12日，青拓<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-967-----0102-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>特钢</a><a href='https://bxg.m.mysteel.com/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>不锈钢</a><a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-968-----010102-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>中厚板</a>项目开工。该项目位于福安市湾坞镇，规划占地面积300亩，投资20亿元，预计年产值120亿元以上。</p> <p>1月15日，首钢迁钢生产基地炼铁部白灰窑点火烘炉。</p> <p>1月17日，泉州闽光炼铁厂4#高炉热风炉顺利点火烘炉。</p> <p>1月22日，永洋特钢二期烧结及配套脱硫脱硝项目顺利投产。项目投产后，年产烧结矿近300万吨，烧结烟气中氮氧化物、粉尘、二噁英、二氧化硫含量均可达到国家超低排放标准。</p> <p>1月28日，济源钢铁1300mm大圆坯连铸机项目投产。济源大圆坯连铸机生产直径范围在Ф600mm-Ф1300mm的大圆坯，其中Ф1300mm连铸断面更是世界之最、业界标杆。</p> <p>1月29日，鼎盛钢铁<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-968-----010104-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>冷轧</a>厂热镀<a href='https://youse.m.mysteel.com/xin/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>锌</a>产线热试成功。</p> <p><strong>2月</strong></p> <p>2月6日，三钢中大棒项目热负荷试车成功，标志着这条国内一流、国际先进的半连续式合金钢棒材生产线正式进入试生产阶段。</p> <p>2月6日，河南钢铁集团永通铸管大管热模生产线项目正式投产。</p> <p>2月18日，邢钢搬迁项目炼钢轧钢工程开工。</p> <p>2月18日，青拓特钢不锈钢中厚板项目开始桩基施工。项目建成达产后，可实现年产值150亿元以上，预计2025年2月投产。</p> <p>2月25日，泰山钢铁精品钢系统优化智能制造项目开工。项目计划投资37.09亿元，炼钢系统置换建设两座117转炉、两台1650mm板坯连铸机，轧钢系统新建4架精轧机，炉卷轧机改造为连轧工艺。</p> <p>2月28日，文安钢铁产能减量置换升级改造<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-967-----0102-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>优特钢</a>项目开工。该项目总投资69.8亿元，利用搬迁机会进行产品结构调整和技术装备的优化升级。</p> <p>2月28日，酒钢宏兴炼轧厂工艺装备提升及产品结构调整项目开工，主要建设1座KR脱硫、2座100t转炉、2座LF炉、1台7机7流方坯连铸机、1台单流板坯连铸机、1条4200mm宽厚板生产线及配套公辅设施。</p> <p><strong>3月</strong></p> <p>3月1日，普阳钢铁130亿元新能源用电工钢项目开工。总投资130亿元，主要建设车间厂房、研发中心及配套设施，主要产品为高牌号无取向电工钢、新能源汽车驱动用无取向电工钢、取向电工钢、高磁感取向电工钢等。</p> <p>3月4日，泉州闽光4#高炉顺利烘炉，标志着项目由施工建设阶段正式转入投产准备阶段。</p> <p>3月15日，三宝集团2号电炉顺利竣工投产。电炉炼钢厂总投资16.8亿元，主要设备配置了两座最先进康斯迪电炉，LF炉、RH真空精炼,双流大板坯连铸机及公辅设施。</p> <p>3月15日，河北敬业冷轧二期4号<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-968-----01010501-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>镀锌</a>机组成功投产。敬业冷轧二期4号镀锌机组设计年产30万吨纯锌镀层（GI）产品，可广泛应用于家电、汽车、装备制造等行业。</p> <p>3月16日，<a href='https://youse.m.mysteel.com/tong/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>铜</a>陵景昌钢制品3500mm宽厚板2号加热炉成功点火。</p> <p>3月27日，山钢永锋临港先进优特钢项目炼钢工程250吨转炉热试成功。临港先进优特钢产业基地二期项目炼钢工程主要建设内容包括1套KR铁水脱硫装置、1座250吨转炉、1座在线吹氩喂丝站、2座双工位LF精炼炉、1套三车五位RH真空精炼装置、2台2150毫米板坯连铸机等工艺设施以及相关配套的公辅设施。</p> <p>3月28日，敬业集团3800mm特种钢宽厚板项目热负荷试车成功。项目投产后可实现年产特种钢宽厚板200万吨。</p> <p>3月28日，河源德润钢铁电炉短流程优特钢二期项目奠基。</p> <p>3月31日，邢钢转型升级搬迁改造项目熔融还原炼铁工程开工。熔融还原炼铁工程占地约40公顷，计划投资33亿元，规划设计3座55万吨熔融还原炉及其配套原料和石灰窑系统。</p> <p><strong>4月</strong></p> <p>4月11日，湛江钢铁零碳高等级薄钢板工厂项目开工建设。零碳高等级薄钢板工厂项目总投资约45亿元，主要装备包括1座220吨高效绿色电炉、精炼设施、2150mm单流板坯连铸机及相关配套公辅设施。项目计划2025年底建成，具备年产约180万吨零碳板材能力。</p> <p>4月12日，新疆新安特钢120吨电炉炼钢项目正式进入试生产阶段。项目总投资9.78亿元，项目新建占地3.5万平方米的电炉炼钢车间，电炉采取双电源供电，炉型是全疆最大电炉。</p> <p>4月20日，山钢永锋热连轧2250mm板带生产线竣工投产。永锋临港2250热连轧加热炉群项目包括4座（已建3座，预留1座）热连轧大板坯加热炉，采用多项绿色、低碳、智能、高效技术，炉体规格和产量均处于行业前列。</p> <p>4月23日，宝钢股份冷轧厂<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-968-----01010502-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>彩涂</a>基板结构优化项目热负荷试车。宝钢冷轧以该CB08高<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-967-----0202-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>铝</a>锌铝镁机组的成功试车为新起点，继续沿着绿色低碳的发展道路坚定前行。</p> <p>4月24日，南阳汉冶中厚板热处理线项目年产22万吨辊底炉成功点火烘炉。</p> <p>4月30日，新兴铸管埃及25万吨铸管项目奠基。该项目年产25万吨球墨铸铁管，主要供应埃及、中东、非洲、欧洲等区域的给水、供排水、水利、海水淡化等领域。</p> <p><strong>5月</strong></p> <p>5月1日，永锋钢铁200万吨矿渣立磨顺利投产。</p> <p>5月1日，宏达钢铁70万吨/年高速线材升级改造项目顺利投产。</p> <p>5月4日，河北敬业二期镀锌项目5号锌铝镁生产线投产。</p> <p>5月5日，本钢1#热镀锌机组锌铝镁产品热负荷成功。</p> <p>5月10日，呈钢集团1250mm<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-968-----010108-0--------1.html' target='_blank' <p><strong>6月</strong></p> <p>6月6日，河钢邯钢随着2号高炉等项目投产，新区实现全线投产。</p> <p>6月10日，玉昆钢铁QSP-DUE项目第二条达涅利连铸线热试成功。</p> <p>6月13日，酒钢集团宏兴股份公司碳钢薄板厂工艺流程优化及产品结构调整项目、炼钢超低排放改造项目开工。</p> <p>6月16日，鼎森钢铁一号高炉投产，一期60万吨产能。</p> <p>6月18日，川威钒钛科技1#高炉顺利点火开炉。</p> <p>6月21日，宝钢德盛1780mm<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-968-----010103-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>热轧</a>加热炉富氧燃烧技改项目投产。</p> <p>6月21日，马钢冷轧<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-968-----010106-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>硅钢</a>二十辊轧机竣工投产。项目建成后可稳定轧制硅含量3.0至3.5%，厚度0.2至0.35mm的高牌号硅钢产品，机组设计最大速800m/min，设计年产能9万吨。</p> <p>6月23日，宝钢60万吨的“线材+大盘卷”复合生产线热试成功。</p> <p>6月24日，广东河源德润钢铁电弧炉炼钢及连铸工程顺利投产。项目建设内容包括新建1套100吨电炉，2套LF钢包精炼炉，配套1台8机8流方坯连铸机、外部管网及相关辅助设施。公司承建其一、二标段相关工程。</p> <p>6月26日，天铁公司650特钢板材品种拓宽项目热负荷试车成功。</p> <p><strong>7月</strong></p> <p>7月1日，中天淮安公司钢帘线六厂项目开工。钢帘线六厂项目于今年4月26日开启桩基工程，经过两个多月的土地平整、打桩作业、质量检验等施工后，正式迎来开工建设，预计2025年5月份前完成设备投产，规划28万吨钢帘线产能规模。</p> <p>7月11日，安钢电磁新材料项目二期工程正式开工。建成后将推动冷轧工业园区形成30万吨常化酸洗及6万吨高磁感取向硅钢生产规模。</p> <p>7月13日，山西华鑫源钢铁1300m³高炉和100T转炉点火成功。</p> <p>7月21日，三钢集团三明本部产能置换升级改造项目全面竣工。三明本部总投资近百亿元，包括焦炉、烧结机、高炉、大方坯连铸机、中大棒、三高线以及制氧、供配电、超低排放改造、钢研中心、智能制造等配套设施。</p> <p>7月25日，敬业集团3800mm特种宽厚板项目淬、回火炉成功热试。项目投产后可实现年产特种钢宽厚板200万吨。</p> <p>7月28日，久立特材年产20000吨海洋油气集输用耐蚀合金管材项目开工。</p> <p>7月29日，淮钢特钢一号高炉升级改造项目投产，年<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/article/p-4262,7073-------------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>铁水产量</a>为175万吨。</p> <p>7月29日，新钢集团电弧炉节能环保升级易地改造项目轧钢工程优特钢棒材生产线热负荷试车成功。优特钢棒材生产线设计年产Ø20~90mm圆钢56万吨，产品以合结钢、<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-968-----010210-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>冷镦钢</a>和弹簧钢等为主。</p> <p><strong>8月</strong></p> <p>8月2日，攀华集团望江年产200万吨薄板项目开工。</p> <p>8月9日，青山集团印尼120万吨不锈钢项目开工。规划占地面积15万平方米，计划年产120万吨不锈钢。</p> <p>8月11日，河钢舞钢460mm厚板连铸机项目正式开工。</p> <p>8月17日，乌钢年产150万吨双高棒生产线正式投产。主要生产的产品有HRB400E、HRB500E、HRB600E、HRB630E，规格范围10-22mm。</p> <p>8月22日，汉冶特钢4#板坯连铸机项目顺利投产。汉冶特钢新建4#板坯连铸机系属高强韧、耐腐蚀、耐低温海洋工程及高技术船舶用钢等高端特殊钢产业化能力提升技改项目。</p> <p>10月1日，三钢闽光产能置换（泉州闽光部分）炼钢一期项目开工。项目总投资25亿元，总建筑面积7.8万平方米，项目将淘汰高能耗的50吨转炉3座，建设2座100吨转炉炼钢连铸系统的主工艺各个系统、相关配套设施及炼钢连铸区域的公辅设施，投产后年营业收入可达87亿元以上。</p> <p>10月2日，青拓特钢三号线1780mm连续退火酸洗线正式投产。</p>
