The prices proposed are not exhaustive of all the online merchants, but deducted from the data its partner merchants put at the disposal of NiceBooks.</p> <p>NiceBooks proposes for each book, whenever possible, a list of merchants proposing it, and the corresponding price. When clicking on the merchant name, the customer will be directed on his website, allowing to order directly this book. From this moment, the customer leaves NiceBooks and subjects himself to the merchant's conditions of sale.</p> <h3>Responsibility</h3> <p>NiceBooks does his best to keep a maximum of accuracy and consistency in its data, and to refresh them as often as possible; however, it may happen that errors slip into the descriptions, or that the prices displayed for a merchant turn out to be incorrect. In this case, only the price displayed by the merchant must be taken into account.</p> <p>Generally speaking, NiceBooks cannot be held responsible for any error in the displayed content, whether or not it is imputable to it. NiceBooks is just an agent between customers and merchants, and all informations are given for information only and without any guarantee.</p> <p>NiceBooks has no legal link with the merchants it references. NiceBooks cannot in any case be involved in any possible dispute with a merchant, that the customer commits himself to settle directly with the merchant.</p> <h3>Intellectual property</h3> <p>NiceBooks does his best not to display any content that would be harmful to anybody. However some content being provided by merchants or third-party providers, it is materially impossible to check each content manually.
