justify;">从我们现在看到的来讲，如果一个闭源模型的性能达不到开源模型的水准，那这个闭源模型是否还有存在的必要？<strong>这要从商业路径来探讨。</strong>但是如果一个闭源模型性能强于开源模型的话，那从商业化角度或者收费模式看还是会有优势，也能适应开源模型带来的竞争环境。</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">从开源模型的角度看，以Meta的Llma3为例，将模型开源完善了其生态圈，增强了与苹果等主要渠道的议价权。这也是为什么大公司会将大模型开源的一大主要原因。</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>方琦：</strong>对于中国的整个AI产业来讲，<strong>DeepSeek的MIT许可证（MIT License）为中国企业出海提供了机会，尤其是在开发、硬件推理和芯片领域。 </strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">对于中国企业来讲，需要更加关注对AI的治理。如果将DeepSeek模型的能力比作一辆高速行驶的汽车，那么缺乏原生刹车系统或刹车系统不完善都将带来风险。<strong>企业需要自建或管控这些风险规避机制，确保AI治理体系的健壮性，才能使企业的“车”开得更快</strong>。因此，关注AI伦理和负责任的AI治理是关键。<strong> </strong></p> <p justify;"><strong>方琦：</strong>从企业的角度来看，<strong>现在普遍存在的一个误区是，大家认为AI会像乐高积木一样，拼凑在一块，某一个人或企业未来会像乐高积木一样被AI替代了，我认为这个大概率不会发生。</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">如果一些行业能够被快速替代，或者一个企业当中的非核心业务被替代，那我觉得企业应该更多地采取外包策略。</p> <p style="text-align:
