members of the WBS community (the majority alumni), who receive training to support their mentees using a combination of taught mentoring skills and their own personal expertise. Mentors and mentees are matched based on the aims, motivations and career objectives of the mentee, and the experience of the mentor. For the duration of the programme your mentor will act as an unbiased, confidential support and sounding board.  </p> <p paraeid="{e788f219-3338-4cb7-b7e2-42a5f2f0e040}{238}" paraid="1765557498">The WBS Global Mentoring Programme has supported over 1,300 Mentees so far.
