مالی سال (21-2020) کے دوران پاکستان کی معاشی بحالی 2 فیصد رہنے کا امکان ہے جو کورونا وائرس کا پھیلاؤ کم ہونے اور عالمی مالیاتی فنڈ (آئی ایم ایف) کے تحت ادارہ جاتی اصلاحات پر منحصر ہے۔</p> <p>ڈان اخبار کی <strong><a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20200918124609/https://www.dawn.com/news/1579953/adb-forecasts-2pc-economic-growth-in-fy21">رپورٹ</a></strong> کے مطابق معاشی منظر نامہ وبا کے زور اور دورانیے، روک تھام کے اقدامات کے تسلسل اور ترسیلات زر میں توقع سے زائد کمی کے حوالے سے غیر یقینی صورتحال کی روشنی میں غیر معمولی خطرات کے تابع ہے۔</p> <p>ایشیائی ترقیاتی بینک نے اپنے منظرنامے کی اپڈیٹ میں جنوبی ایشیا کی معاشی نمو کو جون کی پیش گوئی کو 4.9 فیصد سے بڑھا کر 7.1 فیصد کردیا لیکن پاکستان کی معاشی نمو کی پیش گوئی کو 2 فیصد ہی برقرار رکھا۔</p> <p><strong>یہ بھی پڑھیں: <a 2021 کے لیے چین کی معاشی نمو کی پیش گوئی کو 7.3 فیصد کے بجائے 7.7 فیصد کردیا اور بھارت کی معاشی نمو پرانے تخمینے 5-6 فیصد سے بڑھ کر 8 فیصد رہنے کی توقع ظاہر کی۔</p> <p>تاہم ایشیائی ترقیاتی بینک نے بنگلہ دیش کی معاشی نمو کے تخمینے کو پرانے اندازے 8 فیصد سے کم کر کے 6.8 فیصد کردیا ہے جبکہ افغانستان کی شرح نمو بھی جون کے 4 فیصد کے تخیمنے سے کم کر کے ڈیڑھ فیصد کردی۔</p> <p>بینک کا کہنا تھا کہ مالی سال 2021 کے لیے پاکستان کی شرح نمو 2 فیصد اس بات پر منحصر کہ 2020 کے اختتام تک کووِڈ 19 کا اثر کم ہوجائے گا جس سے عالمی صورتحال معمول پر آجائے گی اور معاشی اشاریے بہتر ہوں گے۔</p> <p>یہ آئی ایم ایف کی تو زراعت سے مجموعی ملکی پیدوار میں نمو کے بڑھنے کی توقع ہے، مالی سال 2021 میں صنعتی نمو بھی بہتر ہونے کی پیش گوئی ہے۔</p> <p>ایشیائی ترقیاتی بینک کا کہنا تھا کہ زراعت اور صنعت کی نمو میں بہتری کے ساتھ مجموعی طور پر مقامی طلب میں متوقع اضافہ اور سروسز مالی سال 2021 کی نمو میں کردار ادا کریں گی۔</p> <p>اس کے علاوہ مالی سال 2021 میں مہنگائی کی شرح 7.5 فیصد تک سست ہونے کی توقع بھی ظاہر کی گئی جو متوقع
