Oven</strong>, <strong>Cabinet Oven</strong> and <strong>Test Tube Oven</strong> for the aging of plastic materials in compliance with ISO 188, IEC 811 and other standards in the sector, feature very small temperature variations in space and time, low or high air speeds and management of air changes. In fact, it has been demonstrated that a good control of these parameters is very important to ensure good repeatability and reproducibility of aging test results. The most common way to investigate the effects of aging on rubber and plastics is to perform tensile and hardness tests on aged specimens.</span></p><p><span lang="EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US"><strong>Temperature accuracy is very important</strong> as temperature errors of 1 °C correspond to an error of about 10% in terms of aging time. </span></p><p><span lang="EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US">On the market it is possible to find <strong>a wide variety of ovens for specific application areas</strong>: aging ovens, laboratory ovens, drying ovens, heating ovens, etc. Each type of oven offers particular advantages for its intended use, while it is not suitable for other uses.</span></p><p><span lang="EN-US" xml:lang="EN-US"><strong>Cell Oven</strong> is available with 4-6 single-temperature or independent cells in the 40-300 °C range, which will soon be extended up to 350 °C. <strong>Cabinet Oven</strong> instead is ideal for finished products or large specimens and is available in various models with specific benefits in the 40-300 °C range.
