Inclusion of Descriptors for Organisational Contact Categories i.e., Key Person In-Charge (KPIC) and Management Representative (MR)</strong></p><p>2. When submitting a new Organisation Registration (OR) application, Programme Partner (PP) application or amendments, RTPs and PPs can also refer to the abbreviated descriptors and examples of designations in the information icon under the “Staff Information (Point of Contact)” section. </p><p><strong>B. RTPs are strongly encouraged to update the Contact Person for Course Enquiry (CPCE) in TPGateway to ensure that enquiries from prospective trainees are attended to. <strong>For clarity, CPCE is a separate contact point from the KPIC and MR contact points mentioned above.</strong> It need not be the same contact point as the Course Administrator. The descriptor and examples of designations for CPCE can be found in <span style="text-decoration: underline">Table 2</span>.
