(2023)</a>. </div> <div class="abstract">Summary: This paper revisits the robust stabilization issue for uncertain singular Markovian jump systems (USMJSs) via dynamic-output-feedback (DOF) control. By establishing a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional with state decomposition components, some sufficient mean-square exponentially (MSE) admissible conditions (such as non-impulsiveness, regularity, and MSE stability) are obtained for the unforced nominal USMJS with time-varying delays. Then, based on the established criteria, the robust MSE admissibility of the USMJS is explored. Further, a DOF controller for the closed-loop USMJS is designed. Via applying a state decomposition recombination approach, a robust MSE stabilization criterion utilizing linear matrix inequality is derived. Meanwhile, by solving each decomposition component of the DOF controller, the desired DOF controller can be accurately determined.
