remarkable event has occurred!</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;">The first day of <strong>The 2nd International Conference on Industrial and Systems Engineering, Technology, Innovation, and Management (2nd ICISETIM)</strong> was held successfully on 24 September 2024. Organized by Bachelor Program in Industrial Engineering, Universitas Kristen Maranatha and Research Synergy Foundation (RSF), this conference was held in hybrid, live from the Swiss-Belhotel Rainforest – Kuta, Bali, Indonesia and also virtually through the online platform.</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;">The 2nd ICISETIM brought the theme of “New Approach after the Pandemic for Everyday Life” with 15 tracks of interdisciplinary field of studies presented by 24 participants. This conference aimed to strengthen the interdisciplinary research from basic to share their thought and findings in various spectrum of <strong>Big Data and Cloud Computing Application, E-Business / Information Technology, Entrepreneurship, Enterprise Resource Planning, Ergonomics / Human Factor, Knowledge and Information Management, Logistics Management, Management of Innovation and Technology, Operations Research / Management Science, Product Design and Development, Production, Operation, and Quality Engineering and Management, Safety Engineering, Service Science, Supply Chain Management, Sustainable Management.</strong></p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><br /> The conference has successfully gathered speakers, participants, scientific reviewer, session chair, and attendees from more than 8 countries, such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Morocco, Taiwan, Oman, India, Timor Leste, and many more.</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"> </p> <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>A Seamless Hybrid Conference</strong></p> <p style="font-weight: 400;">The first day of the 2nd ICISETIM was arranged seamlessly between the onsite and online participants. The opening started live from the Swiss-Belhotel Rainforest, Kuta, Bali, Indonesia, while the virtual participants joined through the online platform Zoom. <br /> The opening consisted of Doa Recitation that led by Christina from Universitas Kristen Maranatha, Indonesia, and then playing the National Anthem of Indonesia “Indonesia Raya”.</p> <p style="font-weight: 400;">The welcoming remark was delivered by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Research of Universitas Kristen Maranatha, Indonesia, Dr.Eng. One of the keynote speakers, Dr.Eng. Andrijanto, S.T., M.Eng., came to the conference onsite from Indonesia.
