Bags larger than 30 × 40 × 12 cm (12 × 16 × 5 inches), backpacks, luggage and umbrellas must be checked in the cloakroom, where you can also check your coat. Bags may be searched upon entering or leaving the building.</p> <h3>Lost and found</h3> <p>Have you left something behind at the Gallery? The Lost and Found is located at the cloakroom.</p> <h3>Strollers and wheelchairs</h3> <p>All galleries and facilities are wheelchair accessible. Strollers and wheelchairs are provided free of charge at the <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20211027105800/https://www.gallery.ca/visit/tours-and-guides/floorplan">Foyer Information Desk</a>. No reservation required.</p> <h3>Cash machines</h3> <p>There are two ATM machines at the National Gallery. One is located on the Ground Level <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20211027105800/https://www.gallery.ca/visit/tours-and-guides/floorplan">between the Auditorium and the Lecture Hall</a>; the other is on Level 1 in the <a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20211027105800/https://www.gallery.ca/visit/tours-and-guides/floorplan">Cafeteria</a>.</p> <h3>Parking</h3> <p>Underground parking costs $2.75 per half-hour, up to a daily maximum of $14 (Members $12). The clearance for the underground parking garage is 1.8 metres (6 feet). Parking is also permitted on adjacent streets.</p> <h3>Group Amenities</h3> <p>Groups are welcome to the National Gallery of Canada and can benefit from reduced group entry fees and special services. All groups must reserve in advance to obtain a group admission rate.
