You will always have the opportunity to view and change your personal account information online for simplified ordering and speedy checkout. After you have clicked the "Proceed to Checkout" button in your shopping cart, you can create an account on the next screen by choosing to continue as a guest and filling out your contact information. The e-mail address you provided for this first order will be your Login ID. (Please note that Britannica Online members are not automatically members of the Britannica Store. Your E-mail Address (Login) and Password are required to log in.</div> <div> <h4> </h4> <h4>Review Your Order History</h4> <p>You can review the status of any order you have placed with the Encyclopaedia Britannica Store. For orders that have yet to ship, you will be able to review billing address, shipping address, payment status, fulfillment status, and order total. If your account is not recognized by the Britannica Store, you can create a new account on the next screen after you click "Proceed to Checkout" in your shopping cart. </p> <h3><br/> </h3> <h3><a name="collection"></a>Q. How do I resolve a collections issue for a past Encyclopaedia Britannica purchase?</h3> Encyclopaedia Britannica refers all delinquent accounts to a collection agency, EMCC. If you need to resolve a collections issue, you need to contact EMCC at<span> 1-800-880-8899.</span> After Encyclopaedia Britannica has referred a delinquent account to the collection agency, Encyclopaedia Britannica no longer has any control of the delinquent account.
