All courses are scheduled on weekday evenings or weekends to accommodate working professionals.</span></p> <p><span>Because you don't need to take the courses in order, you can start this program at any time throughout the year.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Delivery formats</strong></p> <p>Management Skills courses are delivered in a variety of formats: online with scheduled meetings, in-person, and hybrid (a mix of the two). It is possible to complete the entire program online, although it may take more than one year as you may have to wait for certain courses to be offered online.<br /><br /></p> <p><strong>How to register</strong></p> <p>You do not have to apply for entrance to this program. In a survey of HR and IT executives, 24% said that they frequently lose a top manager without a successor lined up.</p> <p>In Canada, the numbers are just as dramatic. As of 2017, the Globe and Mail reports that for the first time, Canada has more people over the age of 65 than under 15.
