within the EU-U.S. Trade and Technology Council (TTC) Working Group 1 (WG1): Technology Standards brought together representatives from the European Commission, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), a bureau of the U.S. Department of Commerce, industry, civil society, academia, and the broader public to discuss digital identity efforts on both sides of the Atlantic.
