Abstracts previously published or presented at an international scientific meeting cannot be submitted.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Abstract submission portal</strong></p><p>All abstracts should be submitted via the online platform. Abstracts sent by e-mail or other means will not be considered.</p><p> </p><p>The submitting author of the abstract must be the presenting author, but does not have to be the first author. Please verify if you filled in the submitting author's name and e-mail address correctly – these contacts will serve for further correspondence with the author(s). All correspondence concerning the abstract will be sent to submitting author’s e-mail address.</p><p> </p><p>The abstract submission portal will take you through the process of submitting your abstract. The abstract submission form is very straightforward, but some explanatory notes are also given below the fields to be filled in.</p><p> </p><p>‍</p><h4>Content of Abstracts</h4><p> </p><p><strong>Language:</strong> abstracts should be submitted in English.</p><p>‍</p><p><strong>Title:</strong> Make the title of the abstract brief, informative and clearly indicating the nature of the proposal/research area. The maximum length of the title is 20 words.</p><p>You are asked to select your mode of communication preference, but please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee an oral presentation.</p><p>‍</p><p><strong>Theme:</strong> Please indicate the appropriate Topic for your presentation.</p><p>‍</p><p><strong>Names of the authors:</strong>  Submit a given name and a family name. Do not include degrees or professional titles.</p><p>‍</p><p><strong>Length:</strong> The abstract has a limit of 400 words.</p><p>‍</p><p><strong>Submission notification</strong></p><p>Authors will be notified about the submission of their abstract by e-mail immediately.
