It sets out the matters and Acts dealt with by each <a href="/help-and-resources/understanding-legislation/glossary#DeptState">Department of State</a> and its Minister(s). AAOs are not legislative instruments and are published by the <a href="https://www.pmc.gov.au/">Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet</a>.
