afflicted, when he is overwhelmed and pours out his complaint before the <span style="font-variant: small-caps" class="small-caps divine-name">Lord</span>.</span></h4><div class="poetry"><p class="line"><span class="chapter-3"><span class="text Ps-102-1"><span class="reftext"><a href="http://biblehub.com/psalms/102-1.htm"><b>1</b></a></span>Hear my prayer, O <span style="font-variant: small-caps" class="small-caps divine-name">Lord</span>,</span></span><br /><span class="text Ps-102-1">And let my cry come to You.</span><br /> <span class="reftext"><a
