لدى مروره بسيارته ظهر الخميس في منطقة الحي العسكري بقضاء الحويجة جنوب غرب كركوك. <br/>في هذا الوقت أعلن الجيش الأميركي في العراق الخميس عن مقتل ثلاثة من جنوده يوم الأربعاء جنوب العراق في بيان لم يعط المزيد من التفاصيل ليرتفع عدد قتلاه خلال شهر حزيران الحالي إلى خمسة عشر جنديا إضافة إلى متعاقد بصفة خبير اقتصادي ليكون هو الشهر الأعلى من حيث عدد القتلى خلال العام الحالي. </p> </div> </div> <hr/> align="right">في بغداد أصيب ثلاثة من عناصر الشرطة أحدهم ضابط برتبة ملازم بانفجار عبوة ناسفة استهدفت دوريتهم صباح الأربعاء على الشارع الرئيس قرب علوة الرشيد جنوب بغداد. <br/>كما أصيب مدني إثر تفجير عبوات ناسفة زرعها مجهولون داخل باحة المنزل في شارع ستين بمنطقة الدورة ما أدى إلى إلحاق أضرار مادية بالمنزل. <br/>وفي ديالى أصيب خمسة أشخاص بينهم مسؤول قوات الصحوة في منطقة جرف الملح عبد الرزاق عمران بجروح إثر انفجار عبوة ناسفة مساء الثلاثاء كانت موضوعة بجوار منزل القيادي في المنقطة الواقعة شمال شرق بعقوبة وقد اعتقلت القوات الأمنية ثلاثة من المشتبه بهم على خلفية الحادث. <br/>أما في نينوى فقد أصيب مدني بانفجار عبوة ناسفة ظهر الأربعاء في ميدان سيدتي الجميلة شمال شرق الموصل. <br/>وفي كركوك تسلمت شرطة المحافظة مساء الثلاثاء ستة طيارين من أهالي المحافظة كانوا قد اعتقلوا من قبل قوة خاصة من بغداد قبل ثلاثة أشهر واحتجزوا في مطار المثنى وأوضح مصدر أمني أن الطيارين الستة وهم ضباط برتب عالية كانوا قد شاركوا في الحرب العراقية الإيرانية وأنهم يعتبرون من الكفاءات المهنية الخبيرة في علوم الطيران بصنوفه align="right">في ديالى، أصيب قائمقام قضاء بعقوبة عبد الله الحيالي وأحد عناصر حمايته بانفجار عبوة ناسفة استهدفت موكبه صباح الثلاثاء في منطقة نهر الحجية شمال بعقوبة. <br/>وفي حادث آخر أصيب جندي عراقي بعبوة لاصقة ثبتت في سيارته وانفجرت صباح الثلاثاء لدى مروره في منطقة المفرق غرب بعقوبة، وذكر مصدر في الشرطة أن اثنين من المشتبه تم اعتقالهما على خلفية الحادث. <br/>في حين اعتقل خمسة أشخاص بينهم مطلوبان بتهمة "الإرهاب" في عمليات دهم شملت مناطق من بعقوبة وناحية جلولاء الواقعة شمال المحافظة. <br/>وفي بغداد قتل مدني صباح الثلاثاء بانفجار عبوة لاصقة بسيارة مدنية على الطريق العام في ناحية النصر والسلام بقضاء أبو غريب غرب بغداد <br/>كما قتل عنصر في الصحوة وأصيب مدني صباح الثلاثاء ايضا بانفجار عبوة ناسفة كانت مزروعة قرب منزل القتيل في منطقة عرب عباس بناحية أبو منيصير في القضاء نفسه، وبين مصدر أمني أن المدني المصاب تصادف مروره بالمكان وقت وقوع الانفجار. <br/>وفي كركوك، عثرت قوة أمنية على جثة رجل مجهول الهوية كانت ملقاة على جانب بجانب جسر زين العابدين على طريق كركوك قضاء داقوق جنوب المحافظة، وذكر وخروقات تحصل داخل السجون العراقية. <br/>وقالت النزاهة في بيان لها ان اللجان الفرعية الخاصة بمتابعة أحوال موقوفي الهيئة في مكاتب التحقيقات في بغداد والمحافظات قامت بزيارة أماكن توقيف المتهمين للاطلاع على أحوالهم والمشاكل التي تواجههم وإعلامهم بالمراحل التي وصلت إليها الإجراءات التحقيقية في قضاياهم. <br/>واوضح البيان ان اللجنة لاحظت أن هناك عددا من الموقوفين في مراكز الاحتجاز في بغداد لم يتم تسفيرهم الى دائرة الإصلاح المختصة بالرغم من إدانتهم من قبل المحكمة ،مؤكدا ان بعض المتهمين في مركز الموقف والتسفيرات في محافظة النجف تعرضوا الى التعذيب الجسدي والنفسي ،مبينا ان اللجنة أشرت ضيق مكان ، مبيناً ان الجميع سيكونون مع رئيس الوزراء في حال اقدم على هذه الخطوة.</p> <p><strong>مجلس البصرة يطرد جنود الإحتلال الأمريكي من مقره ويطالبهم بإخلاء مطار المحافظة فورا</strong> </p> <p>أعلن مجلس محافظة البصرة، اليوم الاثنين، عن طرد جنود أمريكيين من مقره بعد أن تواجدوا فيه لمرافقة وفد مدني، وفي حين هدد بمقاضاة القوات الأمريكية ما لم تنقل قاعدتها العسكرية إلى خارج مطار المحافظة، طالبها بتعويض المتضررين من العمليات العسكرية التي نفذتها خلال مدة وجودها في المحافظة. وقال رئيس لجنة حقوق الإنسان في مجلس البصرة حسين علي حسين، إن "رئاسة المجلس قامت اليوم، بطرد عدد من جنود الإحتلال الأمريكي من مقر المجلس لدى تواجدهم فيه"، مبيناً أن "الجنود كانوا يحملون أسلحة خفيفة لدى دخولهم مقر المجلس بذريعة توفير الحماية لوفد مدني كانوا يرافقونه". من جهته دعا رئيس مجلس محافظة البصرة جبار أمين جابر خلال مؤتمر صحافي عقده اليوم، العسكريين الأمريكيين إلى "عدم محاولة دخول مقر المجلس مرة ثانية"، مضيفا بالقول "سوف لن نرحب بهم أو نسمح لهم بذلك". ولفت جابر إلى أن "المجلس يطالب قوات الاحتلال بالاستجابة للقرارات التي اتخذها الأسبوع الماضي"، مضيفاً أن "تلك القوات يجب أن تغادر فورا مطار البصرة الدولي"، داعياً إياها إلى "نقل قاعدتها من المطار إلى منطقة تخلو من وجود منشآت حيوية أو تجمعات سكانية لحين انسحابها بشكل كامل أواخر العام الحالي". واعتبر جابر أن "وجود قاعدة عسكرية أمريكية في المطار، إضافة إلى القنصليتين البريطانية والأمريكية يعد أمراً مخالفاً للقانون العراقي لان المطار منشأة مدنية"، مهددا بـ"اللجوء إلى </strong></p> <p>أفاد مصدر في الشرطة العراقية الاثنين بأن حصيلة تفجير السيارة المفخخة شرق الموصل انتهت عند سبعة قتلى وجرحي غالبيتهم من الشرطة. وقال المصدر إن حصيلة التفجير الذي ضرب منطقة بازوايا شرق الموصل</p> <p>ظهر اليوم انتهت عند ثلاثة شهداء من المدنيين وإصابة أربعة من عناصر الشرطة. وأضاف المصدر الذي طلب عدم الكشف عن اسمه أن المصابين يخضعون حاليا للعلاج في أحدى المستشفيات فيما تنتشر القوات الأمنية في محيط الحادث. وكان مصدر امني أفاد في وقت سابق اليوم بأن ثلاثة مدنيين قتلوا وأصيب عنصران من الشرطة على الاقل بتفجير سيارة مفخخة مستهدفة دورية للشرطة بمنطقة بازوايا شرق الموصل. يذكر أن محافظة بهجوم مسلح غرب المحافظة </strong></p> <p>أكد أحد منظمي تظاهرات ساحة السراي في محافظة السليمانية، الاثنين، أنه تعرض لهجوم مسلح في منطقة سرجنار شمال غرب السليمانية أسفر عن إصابته ومدنيين</p> <p>اثنين بجروح، فيما دعا ناشطون في المعارضة الكردية إلى اتخاذ موقف حازم تجاه ما يتعرضون له من تهديدات وملاحقات، فضلاً عن قطع التفاوض مع السلطة الكردية.وقال عضو مجلس السراي كاروان كمال في حديث صحفي "، وهو يتلقى العلاج في أحد مستشفيات المحافظة، إن"مسلحين مجهولين أطلقوا، مساء أمس، النار باتجاهه أثناء خروجه من احد المطاعم في مصيف سرجنار"، مبينا أن "الهجوم أسفر عن إصابته بجروح في ساقه فضلا عن إصابة شخص كان </strong></p> <p>هددوا  اطباء محافظة كركوك " بتنظيم مظاهرات ضد  الحكومة لعدم حمايتهم من الارهاب والاختطاف.وقال مصدر فضل عدم الاشاره له بالاسم " ان  مجموعة من اطباء كركوك طالبت الحكومة المحلية بتوفير الحماية الخاصة لهم</p> <p>خوفا من  عمليات الاختطاف التي تجري حاليا في المدينة بحقهم وبحق اناس اخرين.وكانت مدينة  كركوك قد شهدت خلال الايام الماضية سلسلة عمليات اختطاف لاطباء ومواطنين اخرين  اثارت الهلع والرعب بين اهالي المحافظة، حيث قامت مجموعة مسلحة تتألف من ثلاثة  مسلحين يستقلون سيارة من نوع بريمر رصاصية اللون ليلة 19\6 بأختطاف الدكتور ادول  علي محمود وهو طبيب عيون من منطقة حي المعلمين بكركوك، ومن ثم اختطفت مجموعة مسلحة  مساء 23/6 الدكتور صافي هرزان بالقرب من انضباطية كركوك القديمة من شارع الأطباء  وسط كركوك بعد خروجه من عيادته الموجودة في تلك المنطقة، واخيرا قام مسلحون يستقلون  سيارة نوع هيونداي أكسنت صفراء اللون الليلة الماضية باختطاف (مراد) البالغ من  العمر تسع سنوات وهو ابن الدكتور فاضل خورشيد والذي يعد واحداً من أطباء الاسنان  المعروفين في محافظة كركوك من منطقة ساحة الاحتفالات.ومن المقرر ان تعقد اللجنة  الامنية اجتماعا استثنائيا مع اطباء كركوك لبحث امكانية توفير الحماية الامنية ومنع  حدوث حوادث مشابهة.</p> </p></div> <p><font color="#800000"><strong>أخبار عالمية</strong></font></p> <p><strong>قصف عنيف بقذائف الهاون يستهدف إحدى قواعد الاحتلال الأمريكي في التأميم </strong></p> <p>تعرضت إحدى قواعد الاحتلال الأمريكي في محافظة التأميم إلى قصف عنيف بقذائف الهاون من قبل رجال المقاومة العراقية الباسلة فجر اليوم الأحد.وذكر مصدر حكومي إن قاعدة الحرية التابعة للقوات الأمريكية والواقعة شمال مدينة كركوك مركز المحافظة تعرضت لقصف بعدد من قذائف الهاون المجهولة المصدر .وأضاف المصدر إن أعمدة الدخان شوهت تتصاعد من محيط القاعدة فيما حلقت المروحيات الأمريكية في سماء المنطقة ولأكثر من ساعة لمحاولة معرفة مكان انطلاق القذائف فيما لم يتسنى معرفة حجم الخسائر المادية والبشرية التي خلفها القصف بسبب شدة تحصينها .</p> <p><strong><font color="#800000"></font></strong></p> <p><strong>دورية للإحتلال الأمريكي تدهس مدنيا شمال بعقوبة</strong></p> <p>قال مصدر في شرطة محافظة ديالى، اليوم الأحد، بأن مدنيا أصيب بحادث سير بين عجلة مدنية ودورية تابعة لقوات الإحتلال الأمريكية شمال بعقوبة. وأضاف المصدر الذي فضل عدم الإشارة اليه بالأسم، إن "دورية تابعة لقوات الإحتلال الأمريكية كانت تسير بسرعة عالية في أطراف ناحية جلولاء اصطدمت، ظهر اليوم، بعجلة مدنية، مما أسفر عن إصابة سائقها بجروح، فضلا عن إلحاق أضرار مادية بالعجلة". وتابع أن "الأجهزة الأمنية فتحت تحقيقا بالحادث، ونقلت المصاب إلى مستشفى قريب لتلقي العلاج". يذكر أن القوات الأمريكية المتواجدة داخل محافظة ديالى، تسببت بالكثير من حوادث السير في مناطق متفرقة من المحافظة خلال السنوات الثلاثة الماضية، إلا أن هذه القوان تبرر ما يحدث بان سواق العجلات العراقيين هم السبب الرئيسي وراء الحوادث بسبب عدم الالتزام بالتعليمات والاقتراب كثيرا من الأرتال العسكرية.</p> <h6>مقتل واصابة 14 بينهم عناصر أمن واعتقال 24 من المطلوبين في حصيلة السبت الامنية</h6> <p>أفادت مصادر امنية عراقية عدة بمقتل واصابة 14 شخصا بينهم عناصر امن وموظفين حكوميين، فيما جرى اعتقال 24 من المطلوبين، كما وتم تحرير طفلة مختطفة في حصيلة للاحداث الامنية بمناطق عراقية مختلفة ليوم السبت. <br/><strong>بغداد</strong> <br/>ففي العاصمة بغداد، قتل عضو مجلس محلي بناحية النصر والسلام ونجله عندما قام مسلحون مجهولون باقتحام منزله واطلاق النار عليهما. <br/>كما وقتل قيادي في الصحوة بهجوم مسلح نفذ بمنطقة عرب جبور التابعة لحي الدورة، جنوب بغداد. <br/>واصيب احد عناصر الشرطة بانفجار قنبلة حرارية جنوب تكريت، كما وأصيبت طفلة في الثامنة من العمر إثر إطلاق نار من قبل عناصر الشرطة على منفذي الهجوم بالقنبلة الحرارية. <br/>فيما قتل مدير مكتب الوكيل الأقدم في وزارة الكهرباء بهجوم مسلح نفذه مجهولون شرق بغداد. <br/><strong>ديالى</strong> <br/>وفي ديالى، اصيب عضو مجلس بلدية بناحية قزانية 110 كم شمال بعقوبة بجروح خطرة باطلاق نار لمسلحين مجهولين اثناء خروجه من منزله. <br/>فيما قامت القوات الامنية بالمحافظة باعتقال 19 مطلوبا بتهمة الإرهاب خلال عملية أمنية نفذتها في مناطق متفرقة من المحافظة. <br/>وفي عملية تعقب ثانية، جرى اعتقال شخصين ينتميان لعصابة تتاجر بالأسلحة الكاتمة للصوت مرتبطة بخلايا تنظيم القاعدة المختصة بالاغتيالات خلال عملية أمنية نفذتها شرق بعقوبة. <br/><strong>صلاح الدين <br/></strong>وفي صلاح الدين، اعتقلت قوة أمنية شخصا عثرت في منزله على مسدسات كاتمة وعبوات لاصقة خلال عملية أمنية نفذتها جنوب تكريت. <br/>كما وقتل ضابط عراقي مطلوب للقضاء وأصيب ثلاثة من عناصر قوات الرد السريع بتبادل إطلاق نار شمال تكريت. <br/>نينوى <br/>وفي نينوى، تمكنت قوة أمنية من تحرير طفل مختطف واعتقلت اثنين من خاطفيه خلال عملية أمنية نفذتها غرب الموصل. <br/>كما وقتل جنديان بهجوم مسلح على نقطة تفتيش شمال الموصل. <br/><strong>كركوك <br/></strong>وفي كركوك، اصيب احد عناصر الجيش العراقي بهجوم مسلح على سيارته بجنوب غرب المحافظة.</p> <p><strong>تظاهرة في كركوك للمطالبة بتحسين الخدمات </strong></p> <p>تظاهر العشرات من أهالي محافظة كركوك، احتجاجا على سوء الخدمات، ومطالبة بمحاربة الفساد وزيادة تخصيصات المحافظة من مشروع البترو دولار وعدم المماطلة بحل المشاكل التي تعانيها كركوك، فيما دعوا الحكومة إلى الإسراع بتنفيذ المشاريع ومحاسبة المتلكئين. وقال احد المشاركين في التظاهرة يدعى ريبين عادل إن "العشرات من أهالي منطقة رحيم اوه خرجوا، صباح اليوم، في تظاهرة سلمية للمطالبة بتحسين الخدمات وتوفير الماء الصالح للشرب والطاقة الكهربائية، والاهتمام بالمشاريع والطرق والمجاري"، داعيا الحكومة إلى "الإسراع تنفيذ المشاريع ومحاسبة المتلكئين في تنفيذها". وطالب عادل القوى السياسية، لاسيما التي فازت في الانتخابات بـ"تنفيذ وعودها التي قدمتها قبل الانتخابات، ومعالجة المشاكل جدياً وتغيير الوجوه السياسية التي استمرت بعد الانتخابات"، متسائلا "من العجيب أن تكون كركوك مدينة نفطية وأهلها لازالوا يعانون من قلة الخدمات". وتجمع المتظاهرون على الطريق الرئيسي الرابط بين كركوك واربيل في منطقة رحيم اوه وسط المدينة، مرددين شعارات تطالب بتحسين الخدمات، وإطلاق الوظائف، وحل المشاكل التي تعاني منها المدينة من ثماني سنوات. من جانبه قال المتظاهر شيرزاد أمين، إن "المتظاهرين شددوا على ضرورة إجراء إصلاحات اقتصادية وتحسين الخدمات"، مبينا أن "أهالي كركوك سائمو الوعود في توفير الخدمات". وأوضح أمين أن "المواطنين يعانون من أبسط حقوقهم وهو عدم وجود مياه للشرب وكثرة انقطاع التيار الكهربائي والتلكؤ الحاصل في تنفيذ المشاريع"، لافتا إلى أن "اكساء طريق يستغرق ستة أشهر بسبب مراوغة المقاولين ولو كان هناك متابعة وعقوبات لنفذ المشروع في اقل من شهرين". وطالب أمين الحكومة بـ"ضرورة العمل على تحسين الواقع الخدمي خلال العام الحالي 2011 وتسخير جزء من نفط كركوك لخدمة اهلها ورفع تخصيصات مشروع البترو دولار من نصف دولار إلى دولارين عن كل برميل"، متسائلا "عن سبب حرمان كركوك من حقوقها". وأكد أمين أن "الحكومة الاتحادية أمام اختبار حقيقي لتلبية مطالب المتظاهرين التي تعد من أبسط حقوق
