It is also available in English and Spanish.</p><p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">Structured Negotiation is a way to resolve legal claims without lawsuits. People can also use the strategy to advance causes or to reduce costs and conflict even after a lawsuit is filed. Lainey and other people have used the method for more than twenty-five years. </p><p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">The book has stories about Structured Negotiation’s role in improving access to technology for disabled people. The second edition tells new stories of how people have used Structured Negotiation since the book was published in 2016.
