活動ですね。その中で参考になるディレクトリ構成や高速化の為のアイデア、設計思想などを学ぶ事ができるはずです。プログラミング言語は幾らかは扱えた方がいいと思いますし、興味があるなら沢山触ってみるのも良いと思っていますが、習得という意味では沢山覚える必要はないと思います。(職種によります)
