It serves as an important platform for implementing the three national strategies of the "Belt and Road" Initiative, innovation-driven development, and the Great Western Development. The iHarbour is co-built by Xi'an Jiaotong University and the Xixian New District, and is located in Fengxi New City within Xixian New District.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The first phase of iHarbour covers an area of 5,000 acres, positioning itself as a national mission bearer, a global hub for science and education, an engine for serving Shaanxi, an innovation-driven platform, and a demonstration of a wisdom town.
