盛产于盂县北部。以果实圆润均匀、颗粒大、出油率高而著称。主要产品有：黄金椒、大黄袍等。年产量达23.8万公斤。年出口量达2万公斤，主要销往欧美、独联体各国和蒙古等地。</p> <p><strong>核桃</strong><br /> 盛产于盂县各乡镇。以个大壳薄、仁肥易取、入口香脆而闻名三晋。主要品种有绵核桃等。其仁呈浅黄色，含油率在70%以上，年产114.5万斤。产品除满足本境食用及加工用料外，还行销香港、加拿大、朝鲜、日本、印度等国家和地区，年出口量达7万公斤。1994年，盂县上社镇大西里村生产的绵核桃曾参加全国农业博览会并获银质奖。</p> <p><img alt="" align="left" border="0" src="https://p1.cncnimg.cn/g/5/info_4470_0.jpg" /><strong>平定黄瓜干<br /> </strong> 主要产于平定县后沟、河头两村。明洪武年间（1368--1398）开始生产。以清脆、爽口、香醇味厚、食用方便而受到人们的青睐。清朝被定为进贡皇室的物品，享有“龙筋”之誉。黄瓜干系选用优质无剌无籽幼瓜制成，富含人体必需的维生素、钾盐、氨基酸、糖类等多种营养成分，能促进肠胃蠕动，有降低胆固醇的作用。平定黄瓜除满足本地需求外，还销往京、津等地。</p> <p><strong>北岭牌食醋</strong><br /> 由阳泉市酿造总厂生产，采用高压蒸煮，大池发酵，机械移醅等工艺，产品均达到国际生产标准，并形成了产品系列。其中保键疗效型系列陈醋荣获1996年第五届中国专利新技术产品博览会金奖。</p> <p><strong>老陈醋 </strong><br /> 以优质高梁、大麦、麦麸为主要原料，采用传统的陈酿工艺，汇融现代生物工程中先进的细胞固定术，微波催陈、太阳能陈酿术等现代科学，经一年的夏日晒冬捞冰方酿造而成，产品呈紫褐色，汁液浓厚，入口柔和，回味绵长，醇香可口，久存不腐。</p> <p><strong>米醋</strong><br /> 以优质小米、小麦、麦麸、白糖为原料，采用传统的大曲制醋工艺精制而成，含有多种维生素，是制取醋蛋液的底醋，对高血脂、动脉硬化，慢性胃炎都有一定疗效，是集美容健美、烹调为一体的佳品。</p> <p><strong>熏醋<br /> </strong> 采用山西醋生产工艺，以优质高梁、麦麸、谷糠为原料，经迈拉德反应生成食醋特有的色素，突出了山西醋特有熏白味，色泽红褐色，酸味醇厚，是凉拌烹调的佳品。</p> <p><strong>蒜醋</strong><br /> 以优质的大蒜为主要原料，以优质陈醋为底物，经科学酿制而成，具有杀菌、消炎、预防肠胃炎，降低血压，帮助消化等功能，是烹调、凉拌菜肴的佐餐之品。</p></div><div
