Aujourd'hui cette société est l'un des principaux acteurs du marché roumain. En tant que concessionnaire de marques de grandes entreprises de matériaux, elle vend plus de 10 000 catégories de produits.</p><p>En 2013, la société a créé une nouvelle filiale, le MEM BAU Express, une entreprise de transport qui connaît une évolution fulgurante grâce à son excellente équipe de professionnels. La principale activité de cette entreprise est le transport national et international dont la qualité et la haute performance sont garanties par sa flotte en expansion.</p><p>Nous avons interrogé la responsable logistique de l'entreprise, Kitti Hatvani, sur le Service de recouvrement international de TIMOCOM.</p><p>TC : Depuis quand utilisez-vous notre service de recouvrement ?</p><p>HK : Nous avons découvert ce service de recouvrement à la signature de notre contrat en 2013. Au bout de six mois, nous avons confié notre premier dossier de recouvrement à TIMOCOM et celui-ci s'est soldé par un succès. Nombreuses sont les sociétés pour lesquelles nous devons utiliser cette méthode pour recouvrir nos créances mais nous continuons tout de même à travailler avec elles car nous savons qu'elles paient leurs dettes dans tous les cas.</p><p>TC : Pouvez-vous nous raconter quelques grands succès ou des réussites concrètes ?</p><p>HK : Tout montant recouvré grâce au Service de recouvrement international, est un succès pour nous. Un dossier a notamment été une réussite partielle, car le contrat du partenaire en question avait été résilié avant le recouvrement de la créance mais nous avons tout de même pu récupérer 65 % de la somme globale en 2 mois, soit plus de 6000 € grâce à votre aide.</p><p>TC : Qu'avez-vous appris grâce à notre service ?</p><p>HK : Un ordre de transport qui n'est pas réglé ultérieurement est sans valeur. Il est donc important que la plateforme que nous utilisons dispose d'un service qui facilite le recouvrement des sommes non réglées.
