在很宽的压力范围内（10〜10-2Torr），具有稳定的大抽速，能迅速排出突然放出的气体，弥补了油封机械泵和扩散泵的不足，很适宜作机械增压泵之用。在有水封或油封的情况下，能直排大气抽真空，也适宜作大抽速的粗鼓风机。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">2）设计先进，结构合理，转子间及转子与泵体间均有间隙，互不接触，不用润滑，摩擦损失小，可用较低的动力获得较大的抽速，有显著的节能效果。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">3）转子有良好的几何对称性，工作平稳，能用提高转速的办法获得大抽速，从而做到结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">4）泵腔内不发生气体压缩，加之运动件之间有间隙，对抽吸气体中的灰尘和水蒸汽不敏感，因此可抽出可凝性蒸汽。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">5）泵腔内运动件无需用油润滑，能避免油蒸汽对真空系统的污染，有利于获得无油真空。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">6）无需进排气阀，结构简单，噪声较低，泵腔内运动件互不接触，不易损坏，维护费用低。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;">7）启动快，能在短时间内达到极限真空。</p><p style="text-align: center"><img src="/upfile/20221130/1669774203892988.jpg" style=""/></p><p
