the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code, including but not limited to the promotion of research and scholarship in the mathematics connected with K-theory; and the organization and sponsorship of scientific conferences and educational courses on K-theory and related areas of mathematics.</p> <hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/> <p><strong>The Foundation welcomes contributions large and small, which will be used to further its projects, such as sponsorship of scientific conferences and summer schools, prizes for young
