text-decoration: underline">需求</a>大的下游行业进入平台期，需求量增幅较小，钢材行业利润不断下降，行业自身也在进行产能结构调整，内蒙古满洲里口岸个别进口企业甚至出现资金链断裂，周转困难的局面，整体需求疲软；二是俄罗斯虽然是世界上铁矿探明储量最多国家之一，但其产量及生产<a class="baikelink" href="http://baike.sososteel.com/doc/view/36204.html" target="_blank" style="color: rgb(0,0,255); word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px">内蒙古满洲里口岸是中国最大陆路口岸，每年铁矿全部从俄罗斯进口，今年以来，进口铁矿持续下滑，尤其第三季度尤为严重。内蒙古满洲里检验检疫局作为口岸联检联运部门，针对进口铁矿锐减局面，立足职能优势，采取多项措施，切实保障进口铁矿质量安全合格，维护进口企业合法权益。一方面，严格落实质检总局进口铁矿检验检疫监管新要求，开展进口铁矿放射性批批检测，加大夹杂土壤、杂草、动植物病残体等检疫风险物质检验检疫力度，全面启动进口铁矿质量监测工作，对进口铁矿中汞、砷、<a class="baikelink" href="http://baike.sososteel.com/doc/view/47427.html" target="_blank" style="color: rgb(0,0,255); text-decoration: underline">铅</a>、镉、硫、氯、氟等7个有毒有害元素含量实施监测。另一方面，加强进口铁矿重量鉴定工作，依据铁路轨道衡对进境铁矿实施实时鉴重，批批出具数/重量检验证书，为企业因短重进行索赔提供依据，同时积极配合质检总局开展“口岸天平行动（2015）”，以进口铁矿承运方、收货人为监管对象，着重查处进口铁矿“短重”问题，狠抓事中监管和事后处罚，维护国家利益。</p> <p style="text-align: justify;
