Viswalingam is a seasoned leader in the port and logistics industry, with over 25 years of experience in port planning, development, and strategic management. Currently serving as the General Manager of the Penang Port Commission since 2023, Dato’Dr. Vijayaindiran has previously held senior roles at Port Klang Authorities, including Assistant General Manager and Senior Manager for Planning and Development.
