The company was looking for a high-performance operations (HPO) partner and platform to improve finance, inventory management and forecasting but was limited by a legacy system that needed substantial upgrades. Argano created a custom integration that ensures invoices generated in Salesforce flow into Microsoft Dynamics where invoicing and receivables are handled.</p> </div></section></div></div><div class="width-limiter"><div class="thin"><section class="content-module"><div class="list-number large">3</div><div class="wysiwyg"><p class="xlarge">The Results</p><p>Axon was able to eliminate manual planning and forecasting and improve accuracy in keeping Axon’s inventory moving more quickly — from design and development to manufacturing and distribution.
