This statement governs information and data you provide to ISAC via the FlowRepository Service or that is learned from your use of the Service and tells you how ISAC may collect, use, and disclose this information.

Data Access
Experiments in FlowRepository are either public or private. They can be kept private for up to one year after the first creation of the experiment or until an associated paper referencing the experiment data is published. Data from public experiments are available to users without the need of authentication. Private experiments are accessible to their authors, members of the authors' team as explicitly specified by the authors, journal reviewers, and FlowRepository web site administrators.

Data Release Policy
Experiments are made public when any of the following occurs:
- It has been over one year after the experiment has been created.
- The submitter or author chooses to make the experiment public.
- A publication referencing data from the experiment is identified.
It is the intent of ISAC that the data shared through FlowRepository be freely available to all for any purpose without restriction with the hope that it may further scientific discovery. Those uploading data to FlowRepository agree to these principles and on behalf of the entire community we thank them for their efforts to promote these ideals.

Removal of Data from the Public Domain
Experiments may be deleted in FlowRepository at the discretion of FlowRepository administrators if experimental data are found to fabricated, fraudulent, infringing of the rights of others, submitted without the permission of the rightful owner, or other good cause.

Personal Information
You may provide us with personal information, such as your name, organization, address, e-mail, etc. You may review the information that is associated with your account at any time by navigating to your profile details.
