It is simple and intuitive solution and I didn’t have trouble in figuring things out.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> Some of my team members complain that they cannot easily find information easily but this is more user error instead of issue with Zenefits. The data base of protocols and the ability to reduce follow up with HR, and we can easily manage our own benefits. It has great features and even reminders and prompts for renewals and administrator tasks. It helps us a lot in keeping up with compliance standards as well. Moreover, the software's built-in resource library enables us to resolve HR or software-related issues immediately.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> There are instances when Zenefits' reports are inaccurate, leading to problems. Apart from that, while our HR team loves the payroll module, our accounting department dislikes it. Aside from making administration a lot easier, the info offered is done in a nice format. Being an employee, I'm able to go through this app and swiftly make allowances changes on my tax form or look into my W-4 without reaching HR.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> Zenefits could use some additional features such as integration of the recruitment process and addressing complaints/concerns from employees. Because of it, I can maximize its functions even though I have no previous understanding of the app. It even allows me to remain productive despite not being online all the time. As such, our company has looked at it as our HR virtual assistant that has made everyone more efficient, thus saving us time and a lot of effort. Zenefits does not fail when it comes to customer care either. Their team is always prompt in responding to our queries and assures us that we can resolve our problems as soon as they arise.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> Zenefits should work on enhancing their error alert serving. We might think they are truly critical, but in the end the customer service team took care of them easily. API syncing with Gusto is a big leap. With employees including or dropping dependents, you're no longer taking the tedious task of making manual calculations on change deduction and inputting payroll changes. The software does all the heavy lifting and with zero errors.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> They really need to do something with their benefits matrix since it's something I badly need. Our employees feel more comfortable when using this system and I haven’t heard any complaint about it. We used online support system and I didn’t like the idea of moving to on-boarding process. Most of our employees are younger and they needed support 24/7 and thankfully we can afford this one without hiring full time HR manager.
