Nor may a paper that is under consideration by the TOC be submitted elsewhere. </span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">By submitting a manuscript to TOC, the author/authors agree that the copyright for his/her/their article is transferred to the TOC, if and when, the paper is accepted for publication. The published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CCBY), which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided each paper is properly cited.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 1.5;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span style="font-size: small;">We kindly recommend to all authors especially young ones to review again publication ethics. "- ", e.g.,     Bell-Akbari-Klien.pdf</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p>Abstract: 150-250 words with no reference number therein.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">MSC2010: Primary: only one item; Secondary: at least one item.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Key words: At least 3 items and at most 5 items.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Authors:Full names, mailing addresses and emails of all authors.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Margins: A long formula should be broken into two or more lines. Empty spaces in the text should be removed.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Tags (formula numbers): Use label{A} and eqref{A}. Remove unused tags.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">Acknowledgement: At the end of paper, but preceding the references.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr"> <p dir="ltr">References: Use cite{B} to refer to a specific book/paper B in the text. Remove unused references. References should be given in alphabetical order with the following format: a) to books - author, title, publisher, location, year of publication; b) to articles in periodicals or collections - author, title of the article, title of the periodical (collection), volume, year, pagination.
