person in their investigation into <strong>Michael Jackson</strong>'s death.<br/><br/>Sources tell TMZ police want to talk to <strong>Dr. Tohme Tohme</strong> about an "alleged indirect connection" between prescription drugs and MJ's passing. <br/><br/>Dr. Tohme says he's Jackson's longtime friend and manager. He tells us, "I don't have anything to do with his (Michael's) medication or health. The officer leading the investigation said they have all but ruled out the possibility of foul play.<br/><br/>Police are now interviewing members of the film crew that were working with Carradine in Bangkok. <br/><br/><strong>UPDATE</strong>: TMZ just confirmed the <strong>FBI</strong> has been contacted by the Carradine family. around the death of <strong>David Carradine</strong> are being asked to be investigated by the FBI by the late actor's family.<br/><br/>David's family wants the FBI to step in, in part because of reports of how the actor was found in his hotel room. The family hopes that with the FBI aiding Thailand police with their investigation, more concrete answers surrounding his cause of death may be located.<br/><br/>Although at first ruled as a suicide, additional evidence may suggest an alternative explanation. The whole operation was designed to keep the crowd calm.<br/><br/>Unfortunately, not everything was so perfect -- a huge rainstorm hit early this morning, soaking all the wannabe models. Cleveland police say Buffalo Bills player <strong>Donte Whitner</strong> had to be shocked with a stun gun and arrested early this morning.<br/><br/>Officers were at the House of Blues trying to control a rowdy crowd outside the club, when the defensive back acted like he was on the field and forced his way past them and then broke free from officers trying to restrain him. He is the third Bills player to run into trouble with the law this year.<br/> <br/>Whitner was arrested for aggravated disorderly conduct and resisting arrest but hasn't been charged. fitting that one of the guys arrested in the <strong>Lance Armstrong</strong> stolen bike case is named Dung -- because these two are dumber than s**t.<br/><br/><img vspace="4" hspace="4" border="0" src="http://web.archive.org/web/20090704091927im_/http://www.blogcdn.com/www.tmz.com/media/2009/04/0408_lance_dung_lee_bn.jpg" alt="Breaking News"/><br/>Cops say <strong>Dung Le</strong> -- the alleged "good Samaritan" who returned Lance's ultra-expensive time trial bike to police after it was stolen off a rental truck in February -- wasn't acting out of the goodness of his heart. <br/><br/>According to police, Dung bought the $10,000 bike for a discounted price from a guy named Lee Crider -- knowing it was Armstrong's stolen ride. Cops say Dung didn't buy the bike with the intention of returning it to Lance. A few days later, cops say Dung thought better of it and returned the bike. <br/><br/>Both men were arrested Tuesday -- Lee was charged with felony burglary and grand theft. Talent</strong>" contestant chose flight over fight -- narrowly escaping a pack of masked men with guns drawn early Tuesday morning. <br/><br/>According to the Cincinnati PD, <strong>Robert Hatcher</strong> -- who made it to the final eight on season two of "Talent" -- was leaving <strong>Sonny's All Blues Lounge</strong> with 4 friends at around 2:30 AM when 3 shady figures popped out of car and tried to rob them. <br/><br/>Sources say Robert and one of his friends were able to escape on foot while another friend fled the scene in a car... but the two friends who were left behind were subsequently forced to the ground and robbed blind. <br/><br/>We're told the three robbers took off with the loot in a red Neon -- but were caught less than thirty minutes later after multiple witnesses gave the CPD a description of the getaway vehicle.<br/><br/>Hatcher eventually stopped running long enough to help his buddies file a police report.</p><div class="clear"></div><br/><p We're hearing the case will be turned over to the Los Angeles County D.A. next week, and a decision should be made soon thereafter on whether to file criminal charges against him. The two most likely charges: Making criminal threats and domestic violence. <br/><br/>As for a possible criminal threats charge, we think it's now<strong> less</strong> likely the D.A. will file because of Rihanna's change of heart. First of all, sources tell us the main reason he was arrested for this is because he allegedly told Rihanna something to the effect of, "I'm going to kill you." It's a terrible thing to say, but lots of people say it in the heat of battle, so it's thin to begin with. Add to that -- Rihanna may well testify she never believed he meant it and the case looks a bit lame.<br/><br/>Domestic violence is a whole other thing. When the jury sees the pictures of a clearly battered Rihanna, it's probably more powerful than any testimony she'd give. In fact, if she were to get on the stand and say she started the fight or somehow deserved it, it would not ring true ... especially because he was hardly the worse for wear when he was busted.<br/><br/>And there's this ... <strong><a href="http://web.archive.org/web/20090704091927/http://www.tmz.com/2009/02/22/rihanna-photo-face-beating/" target="_blank">given the picture</a></strong>, it's going to be a tough call not to prosecute Brown.<br/><br/>Finally, we're told more than half of the D.A.'s domestic violence cases involve women who have either recanted
