The diagram shows the location of Janet points of presence, the locations that customers connect into, so it doesn't show the location of every single customer (there are nearly 200 in the midlands so the map would be a bit of a mess). You're quite right that there is a big College in Rugby, a campus of the Warwickshire College Group, and it connects to the Janet point of presence in Coventry.
