From addressing air and water quality to selecting safer materials, WELL for residential is a certification program for developers, builders, operators, architects and designers looking to transform the way homes are designed, built and maintained to support health and well-being.</p> <p>We are honoured to partner with the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) as a pilot participant of WELL for residential. Stay tuned for WELL Residence certifications by Sekisui House Australia. </p> <h6><strong>WHAT IS THE IWBI?</strong></h6> <p>The International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) is a public benefit corporation and the world鈥檚 leading organisation focused on deploying people-first places to advance a global culture of health. IWBI mobilises its community through the administration of the WELL Building Standard (WELL) and other WELL ratings, management of the WELL AP credential, the pursuit of applicable research, the development of educational resources, and advocacy for policies that promote health and well-being everywhere. Developed over 10 years and backed by the latest scientific research, WELL outlines key building-level interventions and organisational strategies across 10 categories: Air, Water, Nourishment, Light, Movement, Thermal Comfort, Sound, Materials, Mind and Community. A WELL program is the application of the WELL Standard and allows organisations to implement WELL in a flexible and customisable way to meet specific health and well-being goals and drive outcomes for
