Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts written in English (4 pages normally). All submissions will be peer-reviewed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. Authors should use the CPS proceedings templates (obtained from the Paper Submission of this site) to format their papers. The proceedings of ICINIS2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 had been published by the Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and indexed by EI Compendex, IEE INSPEC and Thomson ISI. And the IEEE Computer Society had approved the Technical Co-Sponsorship of ICINIS2009, ICINIS2010, ICINIS2011 and ICINIS2013. The ICINIS 2015 proceedings will be published by CPS, the proceedings of the conference will be submitted to Xplore and CSDL. Content will be submitted to the indexing companies for possible indexing. Indexing services are independent organizations, and we cannot guarantee that any particular abstract or index entry will be included in Ei Compendex or any other indexing service. About 30% of the accepted papers of this conference will be selected for possible publication in the special issue of the International Journal of Intelligent Engineering and Systems (IJIES, that indexed by SCOPUS) on the expansion and revision of the papers. And in this conference, the Best Paper Award will be elected.
