Telecommunications Industry Registered Apprenticeship Program, or <a href="https://players.brightcove.net/pages/v1/index.html?accountId=3091510247001&playerId=default&videoId=6091312872001&autoplay=true" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">TIRAP</a>. Tilson was one of the first companies in the country to participate in this competency-based apprenticeship which includes 150 hours of coursework and up to 12 months of mentor-evaluated on-the-job training.
