المعتقلين المقاومين للاحتلال وتشريع قانون يعتبر شهداء المقاومة شهداء للعراق. <br/>وطالب النائب أحمد الجبوري في مؤتمر صحافي بإصدار تشريع خاص يقضي باعتبار شهداء المقاومة شهداء للعراق ومنح أسرهم الحقوق والامتيازات أسوة بشهداء الأجهزة الأمنية، مشددا على ضرورة أن يعيد القائد العام للقوات المسلحة نوري المالكي جميع المفصولين من أبناء القوات المسلحة الذين أجبروا على ترك الخدمة بسبب الظروف القاهرة التي طالتهم. </p> </p></div> <h3>التطورات الامنية في العراق </h3> <p>أمنيا، قُتل ثلاثة أشخاص وجرح آخرون في إنفجار هزّ شارع 52 بمنطقة الكرادة وسط بغداد، على مسافة أمتار من المسرح الوطني. وقالت مصادر أمنية اِن الانفجار وقع بالقرب من محل لبيع المشروبات الكحولية ما ادى أيضا إلى إلحاق أضرار جسيمة بعددٍ من السيارات والمباني المجاورة. ومساء أمس، أطلق مسلحون مجهولون النار، بكثافة على محل حلاقة في أطراف منطقة المفرق، غرب بعقوبة، ما أدى إلى مقتل أحد عناصر الشرطة وعنصر في الصحوة كانا بداخله. وفي حي اليرموك غرب الموصل، أطلق مسلحون النار تجاه أحد المدنيين، ما ادى الى مقتله على الفور. وإلى صلاح الدين حيث هاجم مسلحون مجهولون منزلَ رئيس مجلس شيوخ المحافظة، خميس ناجي جبارة، في ناحية العلم شرق تكريت، ما أدى إلى مقتل شرطي من عناصر حمايته. أمنيا ايضا، قُتل مضمدٌ صحي، واصيب شرطي بهجوم مسلح استهدف عيادة طبية،
