Increased fatigue, a slowdown in the speed of mental and motor reactions may be observed; paresthesia, disturbances of perception, hallucinations, delirium, nightmares, nervousness, confusion, tremor.</p> <p>From the cardiovascular system, orthostatic hypotension, “hemitonic crisis” – a sharp short-term decrease in blood pressure followed by a sharp increase at the beginning of treatment, congestive heart failure, syncope, sinus bradycardia, arrhythmias, tachycardia, AV blockade, palpitation, Raynaud’s syndrome may be observed.
